Great price for a hotel on the lake. Terrific indoor pool and spa. Because of our request for a king room on the ground floor, we were placed in a room that was scheduled for refurbishment. It was spacious, but not kept up. Two microwaves had been tossed on the desk, one didn’t work and the other was a late 70s model that seemed a little iffy. The sink had no drain cover, so of course I immediately dropped my toothpaste cap. The bathroom fan and heater was no longer connected and there was grunge behind all the furniture. It is what it is and we agreed to some inconvenience… but for the amount we encountered, we really should have been given a discount. Also, the «day manager» who comes on shift about midnight was surprisingly rude. Breakfast buffet was continental + waffles.

ROACHES IN OUR BED, no choice but to stay. Came out on holiday weekend and no rooms available. Manager Sam would only give 4 towels when I asked for 8 for 2 rooms. No place to park boat. Horrible service. Wouldn’t give any stars

We waited till the last minute to plan this trip to the 2014 jettribe world finals so we can’t be too picky but I do need to share my thoughts with you fellow Unilocalers.
It was pretty clean, the hot tub was HOT and for the most part everything worked.
Down side the side door to the parking lot doesn’t work and it would be easier to get to our room from there. The thingy you pull to get the shower running was broken so the pressure is lower and it’s harder to control the temperature of the water. But all of this no big deal. I could care less.
Lets talk seriously now… the towels are like sandpaper!!! After spending 10 hours in the heat and sun of Arizona sweating I just wanted to take a shower and relax. Shower was awesome but the stress of drying off was painful. No seriously painful. My poor soft skin can’t handle those towels at all! OMG what if I had a sunburn! The funny thing is they make you turn in dirty towels to get clean ones. Ummm don’t worry I am NOT going to steal your sandpaper towels.
Would I stay here again… yes but I would bring my own towel.

Honestly, this hotel was not THAT awful, but I do have a few complaints. We stayed in a room with 1 queen bed and a couch pullout bed. The room was pretty clean but the pullout bed kinda grossed me out. The top blanket wasn’t really a blanket, it looked more like the yellow fabric you find in your attic for insolation, the material just grossed me out. It wasn’t that comfy either; it sunk down in the middle, you could feel the springs, and the frame of it was so massive it was hard for me to get off the bed, and when I did, almost every time I’d scrape my leg in some way. To top it off, when we got up to our room, the air wasn’t on and it was about 110 degrees outside and our room was just so hot. The hallways and whole hotel were cold, but just our room took hours for the air to work, and it wasn’t until my boyfriend had to clean the filter because it was so dusty! Anyways, it was ice cold around 4am but it took like 5 hours. Staff was friendly, I only saw women, and they were very welcoming. The breakfast is the average continental breakfast; waffles, toast, muffins, cereal. But nobody was even in the lobby to refill anything. I was there and they ran out of mix for the waffles, no milk, no butter… And it was just annoying.

Came in at midnight and realized that I had forgotten a toothbrush and toothpaste. Without even looking in the back, the woman at the front desk said they were out. Then I walked into my room to find what looked like a menstruation stain on the outer blanket. After removing the blanket, the sheets seemed to appear ok. Then hopped into the shower to rinse off and sat there to let the poorly pressured water drip out of the faucet. This is certainly my last visit at this place.

Do NOT make the mistake of staying here! My friends and I decided to take a girls trip to Havasu a few weeks ago and we ended up staying here. Worst mistake ever. First of all, it was spring, and according to them, spring break (doesn’t make too much sense since schools all over have spring break at different times) and since we were «youngsters» they made us pay a $ 300 deposit… Which there was zero mention of on their website or in any of the confirmation emails they sent us. When we pointed out how they should probably put something about that online, the man working the front desk kept rudely pointing to a sign they had printed out with the «change of policy» regarding the deposit.
Also, the man at the front desk made very rude comments about how when we meet guys and bring them back to our rooms (sexist? Inappropriate?) not to let them trash the room.
We also had to pay an additional $ 60 because even though we marked the correct amount of people staying online when we booked the room, they claimed we had extra people and had to pay for them.
The hotel itself was horrible. There is an indoor pool right in the middle of all the rooms with awkward windows lining the surrounding walls facing in. The one time my friends and I decided to use the pool the man from the front desk kept walking by and standing there looking in the windows, either watching us like teenagers or being a creep, either way very rude and not cool. The hotel was very messy and the indoor stairwell was filled with dirt and leaves and trash. Trash can outside was over flowing. There are no screens on the windows (second floor) so be careful if you have young kids. We called the front desk ONCE and asked for some extra towels and they told us we had to go to the front desk to get them. Weird since the hotel was nearly empty so they obviously we’re not busy. They also have a rule that you can have no «guests» past 10pm. Frustrating when you’re there visiting family and you have to be careful about getting caught… Like you’re 16 or something.
We are very easy going people and this place crossed us all the wrong way. I will never stay at this hotel again, and that rude, sexist man working the front desk needs some training or something.
Only good thing was the cleaning ladies were very sweet. Makes me wonder how they get treated by that rude man though.

Booked this place based in Tripadvisor comments. Must have had friends put some positive comments on there because we did not find it as described by many guests. Also, this place has NOT been recently remodeled. The room had furniture from the late 1980’s or early 1980’s. They may have reprinted, but that is it.
Upon arrival we noticed how filthy and dated the carpet was. The young girl at the front desk was friendly but did not seem to know what she was doing. She forgot to give us our keys and then told us out room which was in the 200’s was in the first floor. There is no elevator so prepare to climb up 2 flights of stairs with your heavy bags. We were out in a lake view room with a King size bed and pullout sofa bed. Again the carpet, an ugly two tone green and blue was filthy. The couch had stains, the lamp shades were broken. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. Took forever to rinse. The TV is an old box model and the reception was fuzzy. The bed was hard, the sheets cheap and the pillows old and lumpy. The bed had an ugly dated quilted bedspread. Cheap dated mismatched furniture. Paper thin towels that were the size if other hotels pool towels.
«Breakfast» was a joke. Cold coffee, juice, cold cereal and some pastries. You could make your own waffles. Limited seating in the lobby was available. They have a small indoor pool and hot tub. We did not use either. The cost to stay here is too much, and I’m sure you are paying for the location.
We stayed 2 nights because everything else in town was full. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Checked out and stayed elsewhere in town the last 2 nights of our stay.

Very nice and clean hotel… The hotel manager was very accommodating and even gave us a complimentary upgrade to a lake view room with a balcony. The room was large and comfortable and the hotel has an indoor pool. Seemed to be recently renovated. New microwaves, fridges, and paint. We would recommend this place to every one.

Not our first choice of hotels in Lake Havasu City, but it’s where we ended up since our other choices were full. Room was clean and the front desk lady was friendly. Very dated hotel. Was told «breakfast» was served in the morning. Basically coffee, juice and a few pastries. The cereal and milk were out by 8 a.m. TV was very old and reception was fuzzy. Watched Olympics anyway through the static. Bed was OK, but pillows were very old. It worked in a pinch, but probably won’t stay here again.

Front desk was friendly but for the price it’s not worth it. Paid $ 80 a night but felt like a $ 30 hotel! The shower pressure sucked and when we turned the heater on in the morning when it was a little chilly, it smelt like a burning dead animal. :S yuck!!!

Met the staff at the front desk the women were welcoming and friendly. I did think it was weird that they asked me what the make model or license plate # was. Made me feel like they wanted to know when I was coming and going.
Got one of the suites…:whatever you do if you can’t avoid staying here DO NOT GET A SUITE!!! The pull out bed was horrible so bad I would have slept on the floor if it wasn’t so worn and dirty. TV was old box style early 90s magnavox yikes. Air conditions was also old and really straining to keep the room just tolerable in the heat.
Opened the fridge there was a disgusting brown puddle in the bottom wonder how long that’s been there ugh!
Only giving it a two star based on the friendly gals at the desk.

The wife and I needed a place to stay for one night before our final destination. Checked
and came up with this location right next to London Bridge. We picked it for price, free WiFi, and free breakfast.
First impressions when we arrived. Not a single car in the parking lot. Three cars in check in. We were told they opened under new management, but not sure how long ago. hmmm. The staff are friendly. Indoor pool and gym — nice. The room was not clean, toilet did not flush, no TV remote and the AC strained against 117 degree weather outside. I did make use of the WiFi to get some work done. It served its purpose, but my .02, spend a few more bucks and go elsewhere.
