This WAS a good place to go until the new owners. Now, the machines are often broken, and there is a cleanliness issue. They spent money on a disco ball and lights for the front window but yet, you often have four dryers out of order at any given time? That disco ball may bring in customers, but when they have to leave to dry their clothes like I just did, they won’t come back.

I live in an apartment complex in Lake Hiawatha, without a washer/​dryer in my home. Let me say, my life has become so much easier since signing up with Soap Sud Station Laundromat (Pickup/​Delivery Services)! The owners (Perry & Scott) are both extremely kind, cordial, and personable, and are easy to get in touch with by phone or by text message.
Pickup is always prompt and on schedule, which is also true for delivery. That said, the owners have always been willing to accomodate when I’ve needed to slightly modify the schedule due to conflicts.
As for the service itself, all my laundry is handled with the greatest care. Everything comes back either folded or on hangers (depending on my preference), smelling great, looking great, and tidily organized.
When a sock is missing (my fault — not theirs), they attach a note for each particular discrepancy. I’ve also gotten money back that I had accidentally left in my jeans. The primary person performing the laundry services (Alicia) is professional, honest, organized, and quick.
The pricing on the pickup/​delivery services is quite reasonable, and is well worth the luxury of not having to lug all my clothes to the apartment complex’s [nearly always full, far away] basement laundry rooms.
I highly recommend the pickup/​delivery services offered at Soap Sud Station Laundromat in Lake Hiawatha, NJ. It’s a great local business run by good, honest people who promise and deliver on top notch quality.
