Effective Production Solutions is a family owned business in

Lake in the Hills, Illinois. Our customers are manufacturers of

products who need our help reducing labor cost, making a safe

working environment and improving their production.

Building exceptional custom equipment requires the latest

design tools to remain competitive. At Effective Production

Solutions we use SolidWorks 3D modeling to develop your

custom machine. Mechanical components are purchased from

established companies that will be there when we need quick

replacement parts. Our custom mechanical components are

made in our facility or produced directly from the CAD models

using CNC’s, laser cutting, water jet or 3D printing. All

components including control programs are completely

documented and backed-​up

Utilizing standard control equipment makes it easy to modify

and update your control system.
