Guaranteed Appliance Parts & Service

They have services several of my appliances over the years and I haven’t had to wait too long for an initial visit and only once have I had to wait for a part to be ordered before the appliance was fixed. I would happily recommend this to a friend.

Service guy shows up at my house, had no idea how to fix my washing machine and had to go with whatever tech support was telling him over the phone. Had a bad attitude and i actually ended up asking him to leave. So unprofessional and inexperienced. Called the company to leave a complaint, they never even bothered to call back. Would never recommend

Saved the day! Twenty people coming for Thanksgiving dinner and my oven goes out the day before. I left a message Tuesday night and was promptly called Wednesday morning. They were able to fit me in, and when my stove needed a part that they didn’t have, Mike the technician said if I would go pick it up he would come back no matter what time. He showed up around 7:00 which I know was way past quitting time and quickly replaced the part and got me on my way, with no extra charges for overtime! I have used them before for other appliance repair and have always had great service! Definately recommend!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I used their services two weeks ago and it was a horrible experience! First of all they were over 2 hours later than their window! when I actually opened up the door they didn t even apologize for being late. Then they were dressed like they came out of the trailer. Not professional at all. They then fixed my WHITE appliances and proceeded to make grease marks on the appliances that I cannot get out with any cleaning solution! When they were done they just left and made ME THROW AWAY all the parts they had. They didn t clean up A THING! The only reason I m publishing on the internet is because I called their offices an hour after they left and I calmed down and asked them to at least call and apologize to ME for their horrible services. 2 weeks later they did not even return my phone call. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE SERVICES!

I had one of the best customer service experiences with this company. I had called and told them the issue with my dishwasher the wonderful lady in the office told me it is not that old but was out of warranty but to still try and call the manufacture to try and get the parts costs waived (she provided me the number without me asking) well it worked and the manufacture gave me a parts waive that saved me $ 80. I set up a appt. with Guaranteed and it they came out on time and replaced the motor and only charged $ 65.
