inconsiderate! I called this company on Sunday 1÷3÷2016 inquiring about a pickup they told me they could come to my address on 1÷6÷2016 around 10:00am and that if I had any questions I could call Troy. I put all my stuff out early expecting them to show up I even called wed morning to confirm they would still be coming at 10am Troy answered and confirmed that they would be at my house around noon. When no one showed up I called again around 2:30 no one answered so I left a message asking for confirmation that they were still coming and asked for a call back. I never received a call and as of 6;45 tonight my stuff is still sitting in my driveway. This is unprofessional and a disservice to the charities they are collecting for. I will be calling purple heart Veterans a charity I have worked with before with great success. I would not recommend using this company a simple call back and confirmation would have prevented this review.
