Mathnasium instructors use our unique assessment process to determine (with great accuracy) exactly what each child knows and what they need to learn. Next, we design a customized learning plan for teaching the concepts the student needs to master. It doesn’t stop there — our encouraging instructors continually check progress along the way to make sure kids truly understand and retain the concepts we’ve taught. History

Established in 2013.

Since 2013, Mathnasium of Brazosport has offered math tutoring and homework help to students in our community. We’re located in the Brazos Square Shopping Center on Hwy 332, in the same shopping center as Academy. Our expert math staff is passionate about helping kids develop strong math skills and achieve success through our year-​round and summer-​only math programs. Mathnasium of Brazosport is a member of the Brazosport Area Chamber of Commerce.

Meet the Business Owner

Leslie and John W.

Business Owner

Leslie has a Bachelor’s and Master’s in math and is passionate about learning math and in sharing that knowledge with others. Leslie’s career has been in the Information Technology field in various areas of expertise, including systems administration, systems development, and IT project management. Leslie has tutored in math as well as mentored many coworkers in the Information Technology field. She enjoys teaching, mentoring, and empowering others to excel and realizes the need for supplemental math education across the country. Leslie enjoys gardening and saltwater fishing. Willie’s career has been in land surveying. He has used math every day in his career and realizes the importance of math education and strong math foundations. He has worked in the Houston metro area and has surveyed residential and commercial properties. He enjoys surfing and saltwater fishing.
