Carolina Moon was created to provide our neighborhood and all who visit Lake Lure, Chimney Rock and the entire Hickory Nut Gorge, a friendly and relaxing café to enjoy a good cup of coffee, great conversations and free WiFi. We offer a variety of local goodies from tasty sandwiches, cakes and pastries to handmade soaps, artwork and unique finds for the home and garden. Our main purpose is coffee. We have created our own unique blends offering the freshest of whole beans with rich flavor utilizing several roast styles. During the summer months we host several events including the Dragon Boat Race & Festival, local authors, artists and our special, «God and Country» series. Dine in or outside on our spacious deck overlooking the lake and mountains.
