The food was subpar, absolutely nothing special. The hostess wasn’t very friendly and neither was our server. The food wasn’t warm and we were never asked if everything was good. Disappointing since this was a much better place when it first opened.

Live music was great! Found a little back bar area that was perfect. It was tucked away and not as crowded. Great suggestions and service from bartender! Had the Mahi Tacos and they were great. Just the right amount of heat and sweet. Walking distance to my hotel. Just a great area all-together. Loved the atmosphere and would definitely come back or refer friends here!

The décor is very nice and there was a solo acoustic musician(on a Wednesday night.) The fish and chips(½ order, $ 11) was a good value. One large, thick filet and seasoned fries(not pub chips). The Reuben, while well constructed and delivered hot, was a disappointment. Absolutely the toughest and chewiest corned beef I’ve ever had. We were seated off to one side of the main dining area and even though less than half the tables were occupied ITWASVERYLOUD! Worse than a Chucky Cheese with five birthday parties in full swing. We were tempted to sit outside, but it was a bit too chilly. They did have a good draft beer and whiskey selection.

Great wings. Very different and tasty. The hot sauce is actually spicy. All the food we have tried has been at least good, and in some cases very good. The prices are reasonable and the beer selection is good. They also have single malt scotch, which happens to be a bonus point. Ask for Hop a Long Cassidy. She is a wondrous server. And very cute.

Food was good. They have seating outside. We ordered chicken with waffles and corned beef soup. Everything was good.

OK, so this place is just too close to work. We all go there. It’s better than Duffys, by ALL stretches of the imagination. The daily specials are different enough to make you feel like you are not having the same thing all the time, but even that would be ok… mahi mahi sandwich with a side of sauteed vegetables… or the amazing hamburger. or Irish version of French onion soup… the crusted salmon is amazing. The black bean burger(top it with a fried egg, .50 extra!).But, the one thing that I would enjoy here is more vegetarian options. I hear the Wine Down Wednesday is a hopping good time. They have dueling pianos on Saturdays. The Irish music is great. What’s not to like?

The menu here consists of your traditional Irish favorites like Shepherd’s Pie, Corned Beef & Cabbage and Fish & Chips. However, the creative team at Liam’s, has put together some additional mouth watering items with an Irish twist. Some of these items include the Galway Burger, an Irish Cheese Steak, Curry Chicken and Lobster Mac & Cheese. Of course it goes without saying, Guinness and a selection of other craft beers and cocktails are available to help wash down all of this delicious food. The Baileys Irish Coffee is a great pick me up at the end of your day, and a «Perfect Pour» of Guinness in a proper 20 ounce tulip pint glass is sure to satisfy your thirst. Scotch Eggs are pretty common to find at most Irish pubs, but Liam’s has spiced up this classic appetizer by rolling the eggs in chorizo sausage before breading them. This was a unique twist that I really enjoyed. Although not a «traditional dish» the Apple Walnut Salad was outstanding. This salad is made with baby spinach, walnuts, apples, goat cheese, and dried cranberries tossed in a raspberry vinaigrette. For an additional charge, you can have grilled or blackened chicken or shrimp added to this salad. We opted for the blackened shrimp, and the savory flavors blended well with the sweetness of salad. The Corned Beef and Cabbage is roasted in beer for ten hours and is served with cabbage, boiled red potatoes and a horseradish Dijon sauce. This is a proper fish & chips with jumbo pieces of haddock fried in special recipe batter served with tartar sauce and mushy peas. The Shepherd’s Pie at Liam’s is made with a blend of ground beef and lamb with carrots, onions, peas, celery and corn baked with a cap of mashed potatoes. For an added bonus, you can have them top it off with melted cheese. For an Irish American twist, the Galway Burger is Angus beef, topped with Irish Whiskey glazed onions, lettuce, tomato and imported Irish porter stout cheese(which sometimes doesn’t make it through customs) and Guinness BBQ sauce. This burger is loaded with flavor and does not disappoint. You can get a number of side items with this burger and we chose the sweet potato fries. Bread & Butter Pudding is a traditional Irish bread pudding made with raisins, served with whiskey crème anglaise and is ridiculously good. The Baileys Cream Cheesecake is a signature cheesecake made with Baileys Irish Cream, topped with chocolate and caramel. It is very rich but very delicious. Whether it’s a business lunch, a gathering with old friends or a celebration with new friends, Liam’s provides a great setting.

–This is a review of the bar experience and service since I had no food. – Went here last minute to watch the world cup because we saw they had the sound on, good outside seating, and a great crowd cheering the women on. We were sat down promptly after being greeted with enthusiasm. We were served by what might be the nicest and most pleasant young man I have had as a waiter. Even though it was busy and everyone was distracted by the game, he was upbeat and interacting with everyone. He was quick to serve and offer the specials and was not bothered that my bill wasn’t going to be big since we already ate and we were just getting beer. I liked the environment here and I would definitely go here again to watch sports!

DISAPPOINTING! Took 10 mins to get a drink, kitchen closed, had to eat chips, waiter finally brings food but didn’t put in the entire order, and what I did get came on burnt toast. Guy singing was good.

Recommended by a friend and my wife and I stopped by for dinner. She had a Rueben sandwich while I had a bowl of potato soup and a hot pastrami sandwich with ground mustard. We each had perfectly drawn Guiness Drafts(I had 2). The food was very good, the service was excellent and the ambience was that of an Irish pub. We stopped by on a Monday evening and it was not crowded. I’ll try it again the next time I’m in town.

Came here because, well, let’s face it, it’s saint Patrick’s day, I’m lazy, and this is the closest«Irish» pub. They had a special menu going. And being that I’m on this AWESOME diet(sarcasm) I got a grilled chicken sandwich. Well — some little birdie must have told this bar /restaurant because they did an amazing job of giving me the smallest 10 $ grilled piece of chicken I have ever paid for.(MAYBE2oz. Tops.). It was atop this gargantuan bun with a side of well cooked fries. It was extremely dry and unseasoned. Which I’m sure there was no way around it — as it was the size of a hummingbird. Well thank you? Thank you Liam for helping me stick to my diet. Lol. But I will not be returning here. Your food sucks!

Nice place to hang out. — food was tasty. The $ 5 bowl of potato soup tasted like a loaded baked potato in soup form, and mean that as a compliment. It was full of large chunks of potatoes, cheese, and chives. The bacon topping unfortunately looked and tasted like readymade bacon bits available at Publix. — wings weren’t the best I’ve ever had but they were meaty and had a good Guinness BBQ sauce($ 12 for 10 wings) — small selection of drafts, but had what is expected — American and Irish staples such as Guinness, smith wicks, a couple o ciders and IPAs. $ 5 – 6 per beer. — friendly service by waitresses in tartan miniskirts. — the music was performed by a talented singer with an acoustic guitar an keyboard. A few boisterous groups were singing and dancing along. I would like to come back and see the dueling pianos one night. — overall a nice experience and night out. I would come back next time I’m in the area.

One of the worst bars in Heathrow. The bartender we had didn’t seem happy to be there and we were ordering drinks all night however she seemed so bothered by us ordering drinks for whatever reason that we left. Before we left, we talked to the manager, who was even ruder and told us to leave. We will NEVER return even if they’re giving away unlimited free drinks and food that night.

Went to Liam’s last night after a movie with a friend. At 11:30 the kitchen was still open, and they still had drink specials. I got a really good ale on tap for $ 3.50, and we split an excellent app – get the veggie flatbread – for less than $ 10. It was good food, perfect amount for splitting at almost midnight, and you can’t beat the price. Inside the restaurant there was a dueling piano show. We chose to sit outside so we could chat and catch up, but we could still hear it outside, which was a nice mix. I would suggest if you are going on a Saturday night to spend quality time with someone, you may want to ask to be seated outside.

A group of us dropped by here for lunch today, and I must say I was underwhelmed. Many member of the group took advantage of a deal for 10 $ unlimited mimosas, however our side of the table was not told about this offer. Around ten minutes before the offer would be over the waitress asked if I would be interested in taking part. –_– I didn’t see the lobster mac & cheese that I had previously gotten. I wanted to give it another shot because the first time i ordered it, it was miserably dry as thought it had been from the previous day’s batch. My friend and I decided to put our orders on the same check to help make things easier. He ordered a coke no ice & the rib eye sandwich(medium) with fries. I ordered the Galway burger(medium) adding sautéed mushrooms and fried onions. We decided to share a bowl of potato soup. Time rolled by and despite asking about the whereabouts of my friends drink order, it never appeared. Around the time the waitress asked the other side of the table about re-orders and took an order from a newly arrived table, I finally spoke up to firmly remind her about my companion’s First drink order never arriving. She finally brought his beverage out without apology. The potato was pretty good. Our meals eventually came out after quite some time. My burger did not include any of the add ons. It was brought back to have them added. I don’t know how the original plating looked but when i got the plate again it was pretty messy. Sadly, both meats were cooked well done without even a hint of pink. Neither was remarkably seasoned. The fries were actually quite good and probably the highlight of the meal. Also, I paid 9+ for a mediocre chocolatini. The 10 $ unlimited mimosas would have been a much better choice. Overall it was a pretty disappointing experience. Multiple people debated leaving no tip for the dismissive service.

I’ve been here on three different occasions — all several months apart. I absolutely love the atmosphere. It has an Irish bar, dark setting with class. There are intimate cozy nooks, great L-shaped booths for groups and tv areas for game day. Only once was the service not so great… The food is spot on for Irish cuisine. Flavorful and rich — not«sliming diet food. As a «wheat beer» drinker — I was not impressed with my choices but they do have a variety of choices in general. My husband ordered a cup of the potato soup — it was very rich and very creamy. The flavor was good but I would not be able to eat even a cup by myself it was so rich! I do not care for their fries — they are the thin ones that have a «season coat» to them. If you dont know what I mean, think Checkers. YUCK! Nice place to hang out with friends!

In Lake Mary for a class with Petroskills and needed a quick bite… Got a parking spot nearby. Came into the place at night and patio was busy and bar looked pretty alive. Ordered an Irish 12 yr whiskey and steak sandwich. I believe the bartender poured exactly 1.99 ounces. I noticed this at another bar in Orlando. Very stingy with the whiskey. Can’t wait to get back to Cali! Steak sandwich was vey good, service was good as well, overall thumbs up!

Was in town for two weeks and came here about 8 times. No. Seriously. All-You-Can-Eat Wings on Monday? Check. Did it twice actually. They definitely lost money on me. Definitely. Good beer selection. Good atmosphere. Great staff. Great food. Hope I find myself back in the Orlando area so I can hit this place up again.
