Overall they did a good job, good repair, and good management, especially after an issue that I had with them. The five stars are both for the repair… And the way they handled my situation. Better late than never! :)
The short story: I brought my phone for a diagnostic and eventually a repair (iphone 4). Originally they told me that the battery and charging port was damaged, so I asked for the repair. Took the phone, with the 90 days warranty. I didn’t use the phone (repaired it only to take my pics from it) after a few weeks I tried to used, in a few days, the speaker didn’t work. Brought it to the shop, under warranty, and they told me that it’s water damaged and its unfixable. I talked to Jason I think, explaining him that there is no way for the water damage to be there after the first repair, cause the phone wasn’t used, plus it had life proof case, and they should have seen the damage when they did the first diagnostic and repair. So I asked for a refund! He was rude to me, and then to my husband, telling me that they are standing behind their work, and to talk to the manager, maybe he can do something for me.
Next day my husband went and talked to the actual manager, and he was very understandable and came to a good compromise for both parties which is very admirable. I work in marketing and I deal with complaints and customer service, and I try to find a reasonable solution to the problems. The manager here did, which is very business like. Good for him! That’s why I give them 5 stars.

I am a business owner in Lake Mary and like to support local businesses. These folks fixed a new iPhone for me by replacing the shattered screen, however several months later the screen delaminated from the phone and I brought it back. I paid over $ 120 for the first repair and it appeared to me that the repair failed. The owner offered me a discount to replace the screen for $ 82 but I declined because it seemed very unfair to charger that much for a repair that seemed to fail the first time. I have never given a negative review on Unilocal but I am very dissatisfied with the service I was given. Hopefully if you take your business there you will have a better experience.
Update: After calling the corporate headquarters as suggested by the business owner, I was able to work out a fair replacement price for the new screen with them. I am upgrading my rating from 1 stars to 4 stars for them stepping up. The new repair seems to be perfect and them were very nice in getting it done.

Great place and people to deal with. Unfortunately they couldn’t fix my iPad. But the diagnostic service was free. And they offered information on taking it to Apple for an out of warranty swap. Great straight forward place.

Great service! Shattered my iPhone 6 screen, dropped it off and picked it up an hour later. My phone is as good as new!

Great service and value! Shattered the screen on my iPhone5 and Apple wanted to charge me for a brand new phone! Couldn’t really afford that so I found this place and figured I would check it out. Jeromy, the owner, was there and assured my phone would be fixed in no time! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about the products and my phone was ready when they said it was going to be. I will bring all of my electronics that need repair here from now on!
