We bake gluten-free baked goods that don’t taste gluten-free. We make all of our goodies from scratch with the best quality gluten-free ingredients. Our baked goods are moist, fluffy and super delicious. We don’t use rice flour, so you won’t find any dry, crumbly or grainy stuff here.

I Can’t Believe It’s Gluten-Free is a home-based, gluten-free bakery. We offer cakes, cupcakes, cookies, cake balls and much more for your special occasion or just to satisfy your sweet tooth. We were born out of a dream to make gluten-free baked goods that don’t taste gluten-free. We believe we have achieved this dream, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

I have been experimenting with developing gluten-free recipes in my home kitchen for years. I have very high standards for my baked goods. I won’t stand for any dry, crumbly, grainy stuff. I love sharing my goodies with others. With the encouragement of family and friends, I decided to make them available to all.
