Established in 2006.

Shelley Hall, Accredited Member of the International Society of Appraisers, has worked professionally in the arts business since 1994. Shelley began her career as an Art Consultant for an art gallery and in 2006 opened her own contemporary art gallery and became accredited with the International Society of Appraisers with a fine arts specialty.

Shelley Hall studied fine arts and psychology at San Francisco State University and began her professional career in the arts in San Diego as an art consultant with a fine art gallery. In 2006 she opened her own contemporary art gallery and became accredited with the International Society of Appraisers with a Fine Arts specialty. Shelley Hall started the Fine Art News blog in 2011 as a way of adding real art world news and information for the public interested in the business of art. Shelley is a painter herself and continues to paint and exhibit her own art through galleries and art consultants.
