If I could give them NEGATIVE stars, they would have gotten like billions of them!!!
Okay, here’s the story:
My husband had to do a medical examination for the immigration. I live in Vancouver and called around to check for prices. They are the one that has the cheapest price listed for the exam with $ 123 plus more if my husband need more vaccines. So, I decided to make an appointment with them to do the exam and they told me it’s going to take 2 hours for the exam. So my husband and I had to take a day off from work to do so.
On the day of our appointment, we arrived a little early before our appointment time. We’ve waited for almost 20 minutes before they called out my husband name to get inside. When we were inside the exam room, the nurse who led us there was nice enough to ask us if we wanted any juice or something like. We politely said no and thanked her. Now, the waiting began! We’ve waited for like nearly one hour for a doctor to come to the room! And it was a very tiny room that barely fits two people! When the doctor finally came, he physically checked my husband body for like 10 minutes and finally told us that he needs to have three vaccines, blood test, and some type of vaccine test on his forearm to check on his health. We need to go back again in two days to check if it’s negative. If it’s negative, then it’s good. The doctor told us on that day that if it’s negative, then he could just sign off the papers and have it ready for us on that day! My appointment was at 10:30am and we didn’t out from there until 2:00pm!
Two days later, we woke up at 6am in the morning to go to that place. Since we’re living in Vancouver, we had to leave around 7am, otherwise traffic would be bad. And yet, there was still so much traffic and took us one hour to get there. I honestly thought that we were going to have my husband’s forearm checked and get the sealed paperwork on that day. But no! We’ve waited another 30 minutes plus for the nurse to call my husband’s name. She then checked his arm and said it’s negative so it’s good. He doesn’t need to do anything else. I asked her if we could get our paperwork now, but she said not yet. She said my husband’s blood test result hasn’t came back yet. We have to wait for one day that to come back. I was already frustrated at that point because nobody ever mentioned that we need to wait for that to us. I then asked her if she could mail it to our house after she gets the blood test result. But she said she can’t because my husband would have to sign something on the paperwork before they seal it. I had no choice but to go back again. The whole process on that day took a little over an hour just to get my husband’s forearm checked! How stupid they are!
The next day after that, I called them to make sure that my husband’s blood test came back and it did. I asked them if it was ready to be picked up now and they said I can go pick it up anytime! I told my husband everything I talked on the phone. And this time, only my husband went to pick it up because I had to work. I told him to go pick it up before he go to work. And here’s the worst part, my husband was super pissed at that place even more. He told me that when he go pick it up, tell his name and everything, the nurses there seemed to have no idea of what he was talking about. What the crap?! He had to wait for 20 minutes for somebody to come and help him. And at first, they said the papers are not ready yet! SHIT! I just called the other day and you guys said that it’s freaking READY TO PICK UP!!! They told my husband that they need some more time and told to go pick it up around 5pm! That is their freaking closing time! And WHAT!!! THEY THINK THAT PEOPLE JUST HANG AROUND ALL DAY AND HAVE NOTHING TO DO OR SOMETHING??? My husband was pissed at that point and said that he has no more time to wait. HE has to get to work! One of the nurses there said to give about 5 to 10 more minutes to for it to be ready. After that, my husband FINALLY got the sealed envelope! One thing though, he didn’t need to sign anything in there! WHY THEY CAN’T F*KING SEND IT TO OUR HOME!!! We had to driver 45mins-​1hour just to get that paper! My husband is pissed and asked me to leave them the worst review so that people would know why they SHOULDN’T go there!
MY POINTS ARE:
THEY DO NOT VALUE PEOPLE TIME! WE HAD TO TAKE A DAY OFF FROM WORK, WOKE UP AT 6AM IN THE MORNING AND STILL DID NOT GET THOSE PAPER!
THEY ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST!!! DO NOT EVER GO THERE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO GET PISSED!
THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE YOU WILL EVER FIND!!!
I AM VERY PISSED AND WOULD NEVER EVER GO BACK AGAIN! I SPENT OVER $ 400 THERE AND GOT THIS TYPE OF SERVICE. NOT WORTH IT!

Note to future self: don’t ever come here again. I had an appointment at 8:30, scheduled well in advance. They finally called my name to be seen at about 10:15. That’s an hour and 45 minute wait, for a scheduled appointment.
The nurse that helped me from there was actually really nice. But then she left me in an exam room and I waited 20 more minutes for the doctor.
Also, the emergency alarm went off twice while I was there, apparently it does that whenever someone slams a door.
So bottom line — when I was with a human, it was fine, but the hour 45 minute wait time ruined my whole morning. It baffles me that they are okay with completely wasting that much of someone’s day. Made me feel very disrespected.

Commercial Drivers BEWARE. If your company sends you here, stay on the offensive at all times, or your license will be attacked.
My new company sent me here, no big deal I thought as they were paying for a new physical per their policy with their insurance carrier, ect. But I was wary because each time Im sent to a Concentra location there is ALWAYS an attack on my license via the physical these nin come poops are supposed to do.
The orderly at this one was/​is quite cunning– Hispanic male 5’8″, nice enough guy, but that was just a cover. He cried about my eye exam and said I needed better glasses because «I barely passed». I had to a cert myself firmly that my last physical done 45 days previously, went with no problem but that I was needing a new prescription in the left side only. He NEVER told me how to look into the test devise properly and I finally realized that it was a distance problem of how my bifocals were configured and he had to pass me.
Next he rushed me into a hearing booth, never told me how exactly how the test would be done and put headphones on me. That test seemed to go well, but who knows because there was tons of background noise that kept inter fearing with my hearing the sounds thru the headphones.
Then Senior Know It All measured my neck with a tape measure! Profiling for sleep apnea !!! I weigh 185 and am 5’8″.
Yet another rush down the hall and quickly blood pressure test. He alleged it was high, but would not disclose the measurement. Luckily, an experienced nurse came to my rescue and redid the test her​self​.Mr. aggressive had been thwarted, but only by me being diligent and NOT complacent. This is the key to saving your license. You dont have to be mean about this, just polity explain your position.
Stay on your toes here, and DO NOT trust them to do their jobs because apparently they are not sure how to or care enough to do so themselves.
The lady MD that signed off on my card was a very nice lady and it all worked out for the good in the end.

If you need something basic like a physical or something small this place isn’t bad. It must be something that does not require much grey matter to complete. I would suspect that those on staff are brand new fresh out of school hires. It would be in the best interest of this location to hire some nurses with a few years experience to oversee the MA’s and general office responsibilities. The MA’s need to get their training from a few seasoned nurses. They could whip this place into shape.

The wait time is extremely long. I waited more time in the waiting area (1 hour before being brought back) than I spent with the staff. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes in the room and then 20 minutes to ‘finish up’ paperwork. I even had an appointment!!! This was all for a 20 sec respiratory physical for a respirator fitting. They didn’t seem to care about patient care, but more about just cycling people through. Absolutely awful experience.

I only gave them 3 stars because of the Physical Therapy portion of the office. Be prepared to wait to see the Dr for at least an extra 45 minutes even if you have an appointment. ⁰⁄₈ schedules appointments I had were less than a 45 minutes wait to be seen by the Dr. On the upside, the Physical Therapy part is run amazingly well! That part has a great staff all around. They get you in and start treatment with a sense of urgency. I never waited more than 2 minutes to start my PT session.

Do not go here! I can’t emphasize this enough. It’s dirty and the back staff are rude. They’re also not competent enough to read the instructions sent from the insurance company and couldn’t complete any of the tests. I ended up leaving after an hour and thankful that I’ll never have to go back there.

Horrible staff, very rude. try calling them. they’ll put you right back on hold.
and they loose blood samples, and say «we send it out to the lab, there’s nothing we can do». what more do I need to say?
