Tom D’Amore is an experienced personal injury lawyer and the founder of D’Amore Law Group. Mr. D’Amore has represented families and their loved ones in Portland and throughout the Pacific Northwest since 1992. D‘Amore Law Group emphasizes and concentrates its practice on those persons that have been seriously injured by the wrongful conduct of corporations and individuals.

The firm’s experienced legal team has represented numerous clients in Oregon, Washington and California in various types of lawsuits including, but not limited to, personal injury, medical negligence, elder abuse, complex business litigation, and insurance and banking bad faith practices.

Business Owner

Tom D’Amore is an experienced and highly effective personal injury attorney. He is a long-​time member of the American Association for Justice, where he sits on the Board of Governors, and Past President of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. Tom is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and was listed in Best Lawyers in America.

Tom has consistently been awarded Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating, AV® Preeminent™ for legal ethics and ability.

He worked at a Big Eight accounting firm as a certified public accountant before earning his law degree. He is licensed to practice law in Oregon, Washington & California and practices in all 3 states. Tom has immersed himself in personal injury law, dedicating his time and work to injured people and their families.
