Einstein Bros Bagels

They were out of several of their most popular bagels at 10am. They obviously don’t know how to forecast sales because the man ringing said «yea those are our most popular bagels.» so if you know that, make more initially. So you don’t run out.

Quick convenient cup of coffee with a decent selection of breakfast snacks. Nothing too special but everything necessary for a good cup of coffee.

The customer service here is great! The manager is almost always there and she is very friendly and helpful. Also, everyone she has hired recently is very peppy and friendly as well. Now when I go in, they all know my name and usual order. The food is the same as any Einstein Bros, which is average to good. I always ask for my bagel to be double toasted, which they are happy to do, and that makes it more toasty and less like warm bread :) Overall– I’m very satisfied!

This place is open early which is great. I came here one morning and ordered a turkey sandwich. It came pretty fast, but it was cold. I guess that was my fault for not telling them I wanted it melted. I came back the next morning to fix my mistake and asked specifically for it to be melted. For some reason they only melted the cheese? Like I’m laughing right now thinking about it haha but they literally microwaved the cheese and put it on my sandwich… like maybe I wasn’t clear enough again but you would think as a bagel shop employee you would get the point of a hot sandwich. Regardless of the incompetence of the workers the bagels were pretty good, although just a bagel and a drink was nearly $ 10. Especially for something I didn’t exactly ask for.

This is a typical Einstein Bros. Bagels with the same menu offered nationwide. The staff was friendly and very quick and efficient. The place was empty on a Friday morning from 9 – 10:30 and I found it rather odd, given that Einsteins is a breakfast place.
My wife ordered the bagel with Lox, onions, and cream cheese. She said it was pretty good, but it could have used a bit more cream cheese. I ordered the Chicken Panini with artichoke and it was very tasty. We both ordered a strawberry lemonade and thought it was made to order, but when the attendant handed us our food she mentioned the strawberry lemonade is kept in the cooler section along with the milk, OJ, and cream cheese.
My wife mentioned the place was rather cold inside, and it felt a tad unwelcoming because of it. The restroom is a one-​bloke-​at-​a-​time type of deal, so if the place is busy, you may have to wait to use the facilities.
Overall, it was a good experience, but nothing to rant and rave about. If you’re hungry and you’re in the area you can stop in for a quick meal that is slightly overpriced. Don’t make a drive just to eat here, though. It’s just not that type of place.

really expensive & not that good! :(

I finally got so fed up with the Nimbus location, that I thought I would give this place a chance at earning my business.
Unfortunately, it’s not worth the trip.

Customer service was AWFUL! The person who «helped» me was beyond rude! I got the Veg Out sandwich and ALL the vegetables were brown. I wasn’t able to eat any of it. The man or should I say child who took my order was buttoning his shirt up as he took my order. When he was done being rude and trying to hurry my order he left the register and started to flirt with some lady. The sandwiches come with chips or potato salad but neither was put in the bag so if I didn’t check the bag before I left I would have been ripped off. Then I had to stand at the register for another 15 minutes before the girl who made the food was done texting. I asked her about the potato salad and in a very nasty tone she told me they were out and to grab chips. I was appalled by this experience and used to love Einstein’s but I will NEVER go to this location again! I wish anyone luck who does!
