Journeys to Hawaii

We used Nancy to plan our very first trip to Hawaii for our family of four. We were late planning for the holidays, but Nancy was so helpful in securing us lodging on maui at a very reasonable rate for the high season. She was knowledgable about the islands and activities. Can’t wait to use her services again to explore the rest of the islands.

We cannot begin to describe how perfect our honeymoon in Hawaii was thanks to Nancy but will try! I took the task of planning our 12 day island hopping adventure and thought it would be fun. Not a chance. It was so mind numbing scouring through websites researching hotels and co-​ordinate flights and car hire and each time I thought I had it worked out something would book out and i’d have to restart plans all over again. So overwhelming, and after an ‘I told you so’ from my husband to be, ha, I sent enquiries for an agent through different websites, got quite a few calls, Nancy was the only one who didn’t sound like a salesly call center agent with ‘Book today’ kind of pressure. From our first contact, it was apparent Nancy genuinely knew the islands and had the expertise to advise. After a nice long chat about what we wanted she sent us a detailed itenerary, with great descriptions and even ariel views of the hotels we were staying in. She even managed to get a hotel we had our heart set on and couldn’t get a booking for and her package came in cheaper than anything I came up with. We had a winner! It was comforting to know she’d stayed in all the hotels and knew the areas so well — in our info packet Nancy included recommended local restaurants and bars to try out that turned out to be great, along with useful little tips on the areas — nice touch. Well the whole vacation was seamless, and our amibitious 4 islands in 12 days was so much fun and stress free. The hotels were beautiful and charming and in the best locations, and she made sure the timing of our inter-​island flights and car hire on each island really maximised our time. We tend to action pack our trips so we actually had time to relax on this one. And Nancys advice to stay an extra night on a particular island was spot on. The only hiccup at one point we lost some of our travel documents but Nancy had them emailed to our hotel within hours. We are so appreciative of her advice and attention to detail and can honestly say our honeymoon exceeded our expectations in every way! Thank you Nancy!
