I’ve used Zero Rez and Chem Dry for years and thought I’d try someone new. Boy was I impressed with Lake Oswego Custom Clean! Steve, the owner, did a fantastic job, my carpets look brand new! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a detailed clean!

We bought an inexpensive carpet cleaning machine and decided to clean the carpet ourselves. Disaster. Our carpet was wet and brown. I called Lake Oswego Custom Cleaning and Steve came out the next morning and made our carpets look brand new! He also explained why our machine didn’t work and was very kind. The best part — he told me to call if some of the spots reappeared and he would come back, at no charge, and clean them again! Luckily, he did such a great job that we didn’t need to call. I will be calling them once a year!
