After paying $ 300 to get them started on landscaping for our home in Lake Oswego, and now several weeks into them «maintaining» our yard, if you can call it that, our yard has never looked worse than it does right now. Never.
Talked with Gary (who I believe is the owner, or one of the owners) on two occasions to express my concern, the most recent one being today. He comes out to the house, and takes no accountability whatsoever. There are patches of dead greenery scattered around the yard, and he and his guys have the audacity to tell me «well things are old» as to imply that’s why things look terrible. That, and «I don’t know» are all that I’m hearing. We end the meeting with him agreeing to take care of it. Great. Super. Why I’m needing to point out dead things any severely sight impaired person could even see, I don’t know. In any case, he’s going to «take care of it». Perfect.
I then get a call from Gary later on the same day that he doesn’t think there’s a good match with my needs and that I basically should look for someone else. Really? Well I suppose if you want a landscape full of brown, dead, or dying things, hire Leaf LLC. That seems to be what they excel at.
Unprofessional, no accountability, and no landscaping aptitude as far as my experience goes (given our dying yard).
