Hi, I’m David Chandler and my team and I help our customers obtain the loans they need to purchase and refinance their homes. We provide all types of home financing options including Conventional and Jumbo loans, FHA, VA, ODVA and USDA loans as well as Construction loans and Rehab loans to fix up properties and Home Equity lines of credit.

History

Established in 2002.

I have been in the mortgage business since 2002, and in that time have funded more than 1200+ loans. My team and I specialize in various types of loans including purchase and refinances, but we excell at jumbo loans, construction and rehab financing. More than anything else though — we specialize in simplifying the process of getting a home loan.

While new laws make the process of obtaining a home loan more and more difficult than in the recent past, at HomeStreet we have never abandoned our philosphy of making it easy for you — our customer. HomeStreet has been funding the dream of home ownership since 1921 and to this day we still service the majority of all the loans we originate. Because we don’t sell your loan off, we provide a higher level of service to you before, during and after you have applied for and obtained your loan.

Alright … here is a little about me.

Originally from Washington, D. C, I moved to Oregon in 1995. After spending 5 years in Sales, I began my mortgage career in 2002. I am happy to be able to work at HomeStreet Bank after 12 years in mortgage banking. I have served on the Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association and I extensive experience in builder business, specializing in construction loans and renovation loans.

Away from work, I spend my time watching my 3 kids, Peyton, Max and Ava play basketball, volleyball, baseball and ride horses.
