Established in 1998.

Linda began her career specializing in Destination Services for large high tech corporations in the area. As international employees were relocated to the Portland Metro area, Linda guided them through the many details of relocation, including Social Security, Housing, Banking, Schools and more. In 2003 Linda added a Brokers License and begin selling homes.

I did extensive research on real estate agents in Portland and found Linda. All of the reviews could not have been more true. She is so knowledgeable and helpful and she worked around the clock to find us houses. She is very intuitive and quickly narrowed in on what we wanted in a home. I recommend her highly, she was delightful to work with in every regard.

My friend and I came across one of her open houses in Lake Oswego a week ago. Don’t expect her to be nice to you if you aren’t seriously looking to buy a house or if you don’t sign in during an open house (or maybe if she assumes you are a gay couple). When I walked in the door, I immediately felt like I was being judged by her, and it all went down hill from there after we declined at first to sign in. After her telling us why we should sign in, we reluctantly did. She asked us the basic questions that you get at an open house, but maybe our answers weren’t up to her standards. She was very negative and unprofessional towards us the whole time, She also told us «You are wasting my time.» My friend finally asked «Do you want us to leave?» and so we did. As we were leaving she chased us out the door in a way with a smug look on her face. She also took a picture of our car with her iPad. WTF?
Overall, we were dumbfounded by the whole experience and interaction with Linda at a simple open house. Out of the dozen or so open houses that my friend and I have been to, we have never encountered a realtor as mean and as Linda. Linda really made it known to us, in a passive aggressive way, that she did not like us and that she did not want us there. We still don’t understand what the heck happened and why she was so negative towards us. All we could think of was that it was because we weren’t seriously looking to buy a house yet, didn’t have a realtor already, or didn’t answer her questions «correctly». I also hate to think that maybe it was discrimination. I am a female with very short hair and I was with my friend who is female, so maybe she thought we were a gay couple? (although, we are both married to men).
I see that Linda has many, many great reviews. She is probably the nicest person to people who she likes and her clients, but for some reason during our visit to her open house she was very, very mean to us. I haven’t encountered someone so mean in a long while. I still don’t understand what we did to make her be so mean to us. If she didn’t want us there, she could have been much more professional about it and said something like «I’m sorry, signing in is required in order to walk through this house», or «I’m sorry, we prefer to have serious buyers walk through the house». But instead, we got the ugly, negative, passive aggressive side of her. :(
tl;dr: Don’t go to Linda’s open house’s if you’re not seriously looking to buy a house yet.

We hired Linda after our realtors were not prioritizing our search. She was able to move us (and the seller’s realtor) through a difficult short sale and get us into our home. I do not think we would have been able to complete the sale without her. We highly recommend using her for your home buying needs!

We hired Linda for a move to the Portland area from San Diego after a previous realtor gave up on us. She was very helpful and sensitive to what we wanted. She sent several leads and toured various neighborhoods to learn the area.
After we found a house, Linda was very good and representing us, the buyer. She made sure an oil tank that was supposed to be decommissioned really was decommissioned. Suggested other inspections we needed. Suggested conctractors and other home service companies. Very good at calling and emailing us back I highly recommend her services.

We (my fiancé and I) are first time home buyer and recently relocated to Portland for his job, so we needed extra help to figure out where we want to buy our house base on our requirement and price range. Luckily we found Linda on
and decided to reach out to her based on her excellent reviews. Our first impression was friendly, and very knowledgeable with all the area she services (i.e crime rate, best school, quality of construction, etc.).
She was very patience and accommodate our schedule really well. She did not push us to buy anything that we were not sure about. I love how she shared very useful facts and her personal experiences during our house tours.
Overall the home buy experience was not too bad. Everything went pretty smoothly we are happy with Linda and will definitely come to her again for any of our future home purchase.

Best realtor ever! After 9 years in our Portland home it was time to bid it a farewell and move on…
With Linda we got a house nearly double the size of our house!!! Which also included 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms! And I’m happy to say this is my dream house. Worst part is that our dream house is in Lake Oswego so we had to move from Portland…

Our relocation to PDX would have been a disaster without Linda there to help us! It’s been 4 years and I still find myself driving through a neighborhood that I think I’ve been in before and suddenly remembering information about it. She was amazingly thorough in her descriptions!
