Our award winning family portrait studio is located directly across the street from Portland Community College Sylvania Campus in the Mountain Park Plaza. The studio is easily accessible to all of our clients that live in the Greater Portland Metropolitan Area (Salem through Vancouver). In addition to our large indoor studio (family groups are no problem), we are situated close to Millennium Plaza Park which is located on the shore of Oswego Lake, George Rogers Park which is located on the banks of the Willamette River and Foothills Park which is also located on the banks of the Willamette River. Imagine yourself and/​or family members showcased on or around stone walls, bridges, large fountains, public artwork, wooded backdrops, a stunning lake or the majestic and historic Willamette River (at the end of the Oregon Trail). Since 1994, our portrait artist, Derrik Ollar, has put families and children at ease, posed them in natural flattering looking arrangements, and just plain made them look fabulous. Our studio, in beautiful Lake Oswego, Oregon, is located downstairs inside the Wizer’s Shopping Center. The studio is easily accessible to all of our clients that live in the Greater Portland Metropolitan Area (Salem through Vancouver). In addition to our large indoor studio (big family groups are no problem), we are also situated next door to Millennium Plaza Park which is located on the shore of Lake Oswego and we are also across the street from Foothills Park which is located on the Willamette River. Business Owner

Derrik Ollar is both the owner and the principal photographic portraitist at Ollar Photography. Established in 1994, his retail portrait studio is conveniently located in beautiful downtown Lake Oswego, Oregon in the Wizer’s Shopping Center. His studio specializes in creating distinctive artful portraits of children and their families that romance the heart, delight the soul, grace the home and leave a beautiful legacy of love.

Being born into a family line of artists that goes back several generations, Derrik Ollar’s training in art began at a very young age (including his first photography class at age seven) and continued into high school. His grandfather was a photographer in the Forest Service, his mother was a children’s photographer, and his sister currently owns a successful portrait studio located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
