Course Objective:

This threading class was designed to teach licensed Estheticians (If you reside in Oregon, and plan to practice Threading, you must show proof of a valid Esthetics License number, those travelling from other states that do not require an Esthetics license to practice threading in your state may also enroll) the Artistry of Threading as a craft. Threading is going viral, and the faster that people learn about threading as a method of hair removal and eyebrow shaping, the faster it is sought out. There aren’t enough skilled or qualified threaders in the Pacific Northwest. The Portland School of Threading is going to revolutionize this profession. Students who complete this course will be fully competent in the Art of Threading, and have a mastery in this trade.

Threading is an Art, and Tasneem Rahman is an Artisan within the craft of Threading. Her 25 + years of experience has brought Threading to the forefront of hair removal and has laid down the ground work of threading, making it a household name in the Pacific Northwest.

Business Owner

Tasneem Rahman is an amazing soul. Her creativity, brilliance, and enthusiasm are what makes her successful today. She not only pours her heart into everything she does, but she is also compassionate about people. Her empathetic focus on others and their needs are intuitive and a natural God giving gift. She moved to Oregon over 25 years ago from Pakistan. She is married, has 4 children, and 1 grand child. She is a Philanthropist at heart, meaning she loves all of humanity in the sense of caring for, nourishing, developing, and enhancing all that it is to be human. Tasneem is the Co-​Founder of One Ummah Foundation, a non-​profit public benefit charity dedicated to eliminating child labor by breaking the cycle of illiteracy and poverty in underdeveloped countries. She formed this organization after the tragic loss of her 11 year old son.

Tasneem is the Owner/​CEO of Brow Boutique Threading Bar, a trendy upscale Threading facility located in the Pacific Northwest.
