Horrible service, 3 employees working no customers and each employee told me someone would be with me. After 10 minutes .other customers all 3 employees went into. back of shop and after 5 minutes I left because no.service. I’ve been going for 3 years now I will never go again The employees were rude and didn’t care. It used to have great service and kind employees but now it’s a paycheck and seeing how many hair cuts they can’t give. DON’T GO!!!

Expect a long wait — it’s always like an hour wait — if someone in front of u is getting MVP cut expect to wait two hours ! my hair cut was decent but i’ve tried this place 3 times and even called ahead to ask how long wait is and the estimate is never accurate — won’t go back — can’t stand sitting around that long !

Horrible service. We were ‘greeted’ by a very rude woman who was mad that we came in. The sign said they would close at 6 and it was 4:30. She said they were closed and I told her it was 4:30– then she ripped the sign off the door and wrote closed at 5. Another person came in and she was mad and rude to him too. Since it was 4:30, she had to let him in. I hope the owner will read this and fire the blond who is seemingly in charge. The guy that was after us ended up leaving, as did many before us based on the lady calling off names and nobody being here.

Expect to wait over an hour to get your haircut — if you’re a regular the girls like then you get to cut in line. Just another chop shop that hires stylists no one else will hire — you get what you pay for at 8 bucks an hour. Horrible experience — I look like a weed wacker attacked me :(Very expensive haircut — for what they charge it should be first class. I’m going to the Fix next time in Lake O. Save your money & avoid a bad haircut.

UPDATE: Since I’ve gone here, they’ve added a new stylist named Daysha. She’s awesome! Every time I go, I have her cut my hair because she does such a great job and is so friendly. I’m still not the biggest fan of Sport Clips itself, as it feels more like a Great Clips with sports décor, not a nice barbershop/salon. However, for me it’s just the haircut that really counts, so having a great stylist outweighs all the cons.

This place was great. They were busy so I thought it would be awhile to get in a chair but once I opened the door someone came by and checked me in. The woman who cut my(kari I think?) was great. Best haircut I’ve ever had.

Been going there for about a year and they have been consistently good. The extended(especially Sunday) hours work well for those of us who have to work. Kelly has cut my hair the past three times with good results. The MVP(adds shampoo and hot towel on face in massaging chair) is also worthwhile if you want a little extra pampering. Update — Now I have been going here for 2 years. Kelly is no longer here. I have had pretty good haircuts from Megan and Krista. I did have one not so good haircut from another stylist, who is no longer there. All in all, I am still pleased with Sportclips.

They just opened 5÷31÷12. I’ve been to the West Linn one a few times when I lived there, but just moved to LO and this one is very close. They had a lot of people working so no wait time which is a big plus for me. Got a discounted haircut and free shampoo because of the grand opening. Always love the little scalp massage. How can a guy not like this place? Sports on TVs everywhere. Short wait times, convenient location. The place is great but I feel a little torn about my hair dresser. The end product turned out fine… but she was raking/scraping my scalp continuously with the clipper guard. Not sure why, maybe because it’s brand new, but it was super sharp and actually hurt. I usually bite my tongue and don’t say anything, saving my comments for Unilocal, but had to say something as it was continuous. She also was not much of a conversationalist. She said maybe 10 pre-rehearsed lines throughout the haircut. Some of them obviously trying to up-sell the MVP and hair products. I have no problem with that… that’s their job, but it was a bit awkward. «Do you like sports?» «What hair products do you use?» each one interrupted with long awkward silences. Probably will try someone new next time.
