Fast, friendly, and professional service. Lee was a pleasure to work with and took care of my two package shipping requests with efficiency.
Close to home, will definitely return. Parking never an issue.

First review I wrote was in frustration after I found out that some of the contents I shipped had been damaged and missing. After speaking with the owner, they seemed very concerned and are working to get the problem resolved. Solid customer service so far, we will see how everything turns out.
The owner worked with us and gave us a reimbursement for our damaged items and a refund for shipping costs. Really nice customer service. UPS might have dropped the ball on the shipping but this local store made up for it.

Walked up as they were locking the door and wouldn’t accept a UPS all marked labeled and ready to be shipped. It’s unfortunate as this is written while parked in front of their windows watching the employees doing nothing but making eye contact.

While having dinner at Bridgeport, I got a call about a family crisis. I needed to send a fax pronto. A google search turned up this store nearby. Unfortunately the info I found had inaccurate business hours. I arrived and the store was closed but not yet locked. That’s when the amazing service began. «What do you need?» «A one page fax» «I can do that since the machine isn’t turned off.» «may I have a sheet of paper». «Sure.» Fax noises… «What do I owe you?» «This one is on us, the registers have been shut down for the night.»
AMAZING!
Unfortunately for me, this store is not close to my home or it would become my regular store.

A lot cleaner than the UPS store I had been going to. It’s sterile, and boring, but you can get a decent iPhone case for $ 5 there. I know that sounds strange, but it’s true.
