I been on their services for a quite a while, when our lawn starts to be unhealthy I was very worried, so I contacted trugreen to help me out, they came and did a very great job, they just called to let you know that they’re doing some lawn treatment they knock your door to inform you that they’re at your property, doing their job they just hanged the information at the door knob like what they do, how much they put something like that, then you just called them up for payment. Our lawn became healthy from very brownish color and so much weeds, they treated it so well. Their guys did a very good job which until now they’re the one who taking care of my lawn. I’m so happy and very satisfied.

I signed up with TruGreen’s lawn service and pest control service this spring, and I have to say that I am a fan! My lawn is weed free, and I didn’t have to spend hours outside weeding or treating it. I love that their products are pet safe and it they’re able to spray and complete the service quickly.
Our weeds were so bad when we first started our service that I called the TruGreen office and asked them to respray our lawn since the first application had no effect, and they sent someone free of charge. After the second application I really noticed results. I wish I had before and after pictures, because the difference is amazing! I admit that I was a skeptic at first, but I will definitely continue to use their services!

After having them service my yard for close to a year and not seeing any improvement, I cancelled the service over the phone. They showed up two weeks later (while I was at work), sprayed the yard, charged me, and claimed that I never cancelled! Now I’m stuck with a bill for a service that wasn’t wanted. Completely unsatisfied with the product/​service and the lack of business ethic at this company.
