Experience as a VA consists of various bookkeeping assignments, assisting in the logistics of Advisory Board meetings and other social events, marketing tasks including social media profile creation, enhancement, and maintenance, create marketing plans and carrying out the necessary tasks to compile prospects and new opportunities, providing clients with a contact for filtering their customer or client inquiries, and also taking meeting minutes for Nationwide organizations.
Also providing services including updating existing PowerPoint presentations and adding «flare», organizing and creating eBooks, creation of excel for various functions such as tasks distribution and tracking, account reconciliation, project management, payment processing, data entry, purchasing, accounts payable, invoicing and collections (accounts receivables). Occasionally creating proposals, resumes, and capability statements.
History
Established in 2012.
I have been providing excellent accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative support for over 10 years as well as providing excellent customer service for over 14 years! A few years ago I took a chance and left my comfortable office and begin working as a virtual assistant. As I grew as a VA, so did my business. Thus, creating CSM Virtual Assistants.
The past 4 years as a Virtual Assistant, I have been providing virtual support to a wide range of clientele. Past employers and current clients would say I complete tasks quickly and efficiently, and that I excel when it comes to multitasking and troubleshooting. I have the ability to pick up new tasks quickly with little direction.
