The people in this store are always friendly and helpful. Recently I mailed a book from here (via the USPS «media» rate). The book was returned to me saying «no such address» (which was incorrect) and I was charged the cost of returning it. I went back to the Mail Zone since I had originally sent it from there. The people at the Mail Zone PERSONALLY handled the problem with the United States Postal Service (who were in the wrong) and got my book shipped correctly. Although the USPS lacks in it’s efficiency and customer service the people at this store went ABOVE AND BEYOND in making sure I was taken care of!!! NICE JOB!!!
