I don’t even know where to begin. In 2012 I used Dr Steedman for some general dentistry, fillings and what not so I figured I would let him do my root canal, I am one of those people who needs gas to stay calm in the dental chair, I was receiving my root canal with gas when I started feeling very woosey I tried to communicate to the dentist but before I knew it I WAS GASSED UNCONSCIOUS! The office had to call 911 and Lake Stevens fire was the responding entity. Well I kid you not… DR Steedmans office is still billing me for the service and I am still paying every single month for a service where I could have lost my life due to his and his assistants negligence. If anyone else has had this happen I urge you to file a complaint with the state of Washington.
I also wanted to mention that Dr. Steedmans office had me «switch» my fillings and two of my teeth and the filling within the teeth have cracked, one of my teeth, a molar, he worked on cracked in half. His work is terrible DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST! You have been warned!!! These are the teeth that have cracked that Dr. Steedman «fixed».
