They are very busy, but do a nice job especially with smaller breeds. Only problem I had once was I made an appt. about five wks. in advance and when I showed up they didn’t have me in the books. The lady wanted me to come back, but when I told her I drove a distance to get there she ended up taking my dog anyway. It turned out ok and I would go again; just not make an appt. so far out.
