Located in Palm Beach County, we offer a variety of classes and services to support women and their families through all chapters of their lives.

Our goal is to celebrate womanhood and create a community where women feel safe, loved and supported by other like-​minded women.

Our mission is to support and empower women and their families in a respectful way and to care and nourish their physical, mental and emotional health. We serve women of all ages and walks of life.

Women are often caregivers looking out for everyone but often miss out on looking after themselves. Over time we can easily get burnt out, bitter, depressed, and disconnected from our bodies. Putting ourselves last over a long period of time can make us physically, emotionally or mentally sick if we don’t take some action steps towards self care and creating well-​being strategies within our lives.

Business Owner

Connie Mullen has been in the childbirth profession for over 30 years. She has attended births both here in Florida and in Jamaica in the home, hospital and birth center setting. Connie received her schooling as a midwife at the South Florida School of Midwifery and the National School of Technology.

She is a Florida Licensed Midwife, South Carolina Licensed Midwife, Certified Professional Midwife, and Certified Childbirth Educator (ICEA, CAPPA, FOCEP, BEBE, Bold Birth, and HypnoBirthing® –The Mongan Method) «Affiliated with the HypnoBirthing Institute», Stillbirthday bearavement doula, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, Pound Pround Pro, a Regional Representative of Christian Midwives International and an American Heart Association Basic Life Support Instructor.
