When an owner will happily take a loss to make a customer happy, it is undoubtedly the best service you will receive.
I have for weeks had a picture that needed to be framed sitting in my car. I needed to price out from various framers but never got around to doing that. I happened to be dropping off a package next door to UPS and long behold there was a Framing store. The picture I had wasn’t very large but I expected to pay no more than $ 200. After pricing out two borders, frame and glass my total was over $ 260. I think I just died. I told the owner Matthew that I’m a young, working, poor college student and that just wasn’t in my budget. He advised me that he would use his promotion of $ 30 off to help with the price. I was a little impressed but still could not accept this offer and really wanted to price check a few of the competitors. I was torn because I spent the time finding the right look and enjoyed the friendly customer service. So I ideally didn’t mind giving the business to Fast Frame. I let Matthew know I had to think about it since it wasn’t a small purchase for me. After he knew how special this piece of art was to frame as a gift, he said he would charge me $ 150 flat. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Matthew said, it is more important to have a happy customer who returns than a customer who isn’t happy. Lucky for him I had more pieces to frame at a later date. So I will most certainly come back and return the business he deserved. A++ for customer service and I can’t wait to see my finished product!
