Horrible experience with a trip booked for a friends destination wedding to Mexico. Didn’t receive travel documents until week of trip after asking multiple times, had also asked for electronic copies which we never received. travel agent changed flights without telling us and didn’t know until we looked at documents. Had to ask about transport that was set up, never received info about it without asking. Just a very stressful horrible experience.

Although I’m capable and have often made my own travel arrangements online, I appreciate working with a local travel agent that can answer any questions, offer tips of the trade I am sometimes unaware of, and who can be a contact to resolve issues that may arise whilst traveling. Our family has booked cruises and other vacations and never had any issues.

Since I wrote this review, we have booked 4 cruises. These cruises were booked after completing the Mediterranean cruise, the one booked with LZ travel.

That totals to $ 51,383.26 in lost revenue for this travel agent.
All because of one individual who provided less than adequate service. After a phone call to the owner, Sue, she assigned us to a new agent, but never came through with any ship credits that the first individual suggested was possible or an apology. Again, if you are a novice, and need hand holding to accomplish your travel plans, this agency may be of value. For most experienced cruisers, they would not put up with the way I was treated and would move on.
