Be very careful with this vendor. I used them for my wedding in May and found out that I will not receive my pictures for 90 days. Jack, the manager has refused to send me my pictures because he wants to charge my friends and family for reprints posted online. If you do use him, I would recommend withholding at least some payment to insure you get your pictures. Do not trust amendments to his contract, because he does not honor them. The other complaint I have about this Studio, is that they failed to follow my very simple directions. I asked for two things: a good shot of my husband and me to put on our mantle and pictures of our friends and family at the reception. We did get the first picture, but as for the second instruction: almost half of our guests were not in any shots. We had 100 people at our wedding and the reception lasted for 6 hours. So I was very surprised not to find so many of my friends and family in pictures. I have learned a lot from this experience that I hope others may benefit from. Studio 2 does not work for the people who pay them and sign the contract. They want to overcharge your friends and family for reprints. This is why they will not give you your photographs less than 90 days after your wedding. If you want a photographer who will follow your directions and give you your photographs, you should not use Studio 2. Jack doesn’t want you anyway. In my last attempt to get my photographs I told him that I would tell people how unhappy I am with his work. He told me that he wouldn’t want business from anyone like me anyway. I shouldn’t be surprised. Once he had my money, he clearly didn’t care about me.
