Afton Chiropractic Clinic & Spa

This is by far and away the very best place I have ever gone for chiropractic and massage work. Not only do they take the time to know your needs they take the time to understand you! I also had acupuncture there for the first time in my life and cannot wait to go back! Go and ask for Jessica for the very best massage of your life!

What a bummer!
I had previously been to Afton Chiropractic a few years ago when I was suffering from a hurt shoulder after injuring it during a yoga session. Since I was back in town, my athlete boyfriend popped his rib out of place. When I called to make an appointment, the soonest they had was 4:30PM the next day. Of course, I understand that time slots fill up. So I made the appointment, and I asked the receptionist if they took Medicare. She assured me that they did.
So, we drive down the next day, and appear for his appointment. The receptionist seemed confused. When I handed her the Medicare card, she stated, «We don’t accept Medicare.» I was dumbfounded, as she just told me they did the day before!
I explained this to her, and she stated, «Well, as of last night we do not accept it.»
Now, as a business, if there was such a severe change in insurance policy coverage, I would expect them to call their clients, at least for the next day, and let them know about this change.
Needless to say we were extremely irritated, and left. I ended up making an appointment for my boyfriend at a Chiropractic Clinic in Woodbury.
Better Service, and they accept Medicare.
Hopefully Afton Chiropractic gets it together.
