What can I say? I’m addicted to Lenny’s hot pepper relish. My favorite sandwich is the mile high turkey, although I do love both the traditional Philly and the chicken philly. The fact that Lenny’s is a local chain makes me love them even more! The meat is fresh sliced for your sandwich and their pickles are unlike any I’ve tasted at any other sandwich shop. The staff at this location is always super friendly as well. I also love that they have a variety of sandwich sizes depending on your appetite.

I pick up and go with my subs from here routinely since last year. I’ve never had a wrong order or significant wait here, and the folks are always friendly. I’m amazed on how well they excel at food consistency here – I’ve never had an issue. Taste-wise, it’s more flavorful than Subway, but nothing mind-blowing. If you want a consistently good sub, drop on by.

I don’t usually go to Lennys, but my husband likes their sandwiches. The service has greatly improved and the people were so pleasant. My husband ordered a 15″ sandwich and when we got home he started eating and realized the banana peppers were left off his sandwich. He ate half the sandwich but not the second half. So I called and told them about what happen, and with no problem they fixed my husband a new 15″ sandwich. Plus they gave him extra banana peppers on the side. Great customer service! Keep up the good work!

I used to love this Lenny’s when I lived here. It has truly gone downhill. The service was just average, the food was below Lenny’s standards, they messed up our order, and the cleanliness was truly unacceptable. They have got to clean this place up. The tables were dirty and sticky. The floors were so gross! It looked like they had not swept or mopped in days!!! I love Lenny’s but would not return to this location.

Good sandwich. Much better than subway, but not as good as the hype and not as good as others I’ve had elsewhere. For the price, I don’t find it to be a very good value. There was much less meat on the sandwich than depicted in the pictures on the walls. The salt and vinegar chips didn’t have much vinegar taste.

A million times better than subway. But,… Seems like every time I come here the amount of meat I get on my sandwich goes down a notch. At the rate they are going they will be on par with that other place and that’s pretty sad given the fact it is not cheap! A medium sandwich and medium drink will be more than $ 8.00 never mind a $ 1.05 for a 38gram bag of chips.

As a transplant from Philly over 20 years ago finding sandwiches here as good as there was a real treat. I’ve been eating them since they opened in 1998. The problem I’m finding now is the incredibly shrinking sandwich! Rather than raising the price there making the sandwiches with much less meat. I do notice each shop is different but today we ordered from this one. We don’t go to Oakland anymore since the never get the order correct.

There isn’t a whole lot better than their spicy sweet relish. One of the things I look forward to when I visit Memphis.
