One of Chris’ therapeutic philosophies is that there is great importance in being true to oneself and accepting the boundaries and limitations as protective rather than a personal flaw. «To feel as though we have failed is the greatest thing in the world, it means we now have a chance to learn and see new possibilities that did not exist before that moment.
