I’ve never been to a Payless with such helpful staff. The girl really wanted to help me find what I was looking for (even though I wasn’t looking for anything I’m particular), and helped with measuring my daughters shoe size. (although I told her I knew her size already). She was really nice although a little over the top helpful. But since good customer service is close to non-​existent nowadays, they get 5 stars for being friendly and helpful!
