U.S. Bug Squad

The company has since paid me back what I paid them. They did try to change my opinion of them.

New residence in Tampa. Got a hard sell phone contact from this company (they wanted my cell too). Didn’t know their array of services so we got «up sold» on a «total package for $ 99. Nice website details all of their services. I just had my appointment arrive. I’d done the research of all services they offer. Told the service rep I wanted a specific service based on sod sq footage and told him it would be $ 72, not the $ 99 service they offered on the phone. He told me he was not «authorized» to change the quote. I suggested he could. He said I was «not his boss». I told him indeed I was as I am the paying customer. I said you have no contract… still wouldn’t budge. Told me his US Bug Squad’s initial paperwork said «I would be difficult». What organization wanting your business keeps a pysch profile on you? From the service rep’s psych profile pronouncement it devolved to an ugly shouting match which proved self-​fulfilling for US Bug Squad. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SERVICE PROVIDER!

I would give them a negative rating if I could based on my story. I will save many people a lot of harassment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will call you incessantly on home and cell even when you tell them you will contact them when you want them to come back to perform service. Plus, they do not even show up on the assigned date. OMG! They continue to call and call from early AM to late at night. Do yourself a favor and seek out another Pest Control service or you’ll want to disconnect your phones!
