We had our fireplace and chimney inspected and cleaned out on December 18th, 2015 and burned fires all winter long with zero issues or house fire scares. Aelite is THE chimney company to have come out to your home. Nick and crew are insanely professional and clean. They took their shoes off without even asking, threw down tarps around all areas to be worked, and definitely did not take us for our money. As a matter of fact, I remember getting quoted double from another company at the same time for the same work. Nick’s wife is the one who usually answers the phone and she’s pretty incredible too! Talk about nice people. Why can’t all companies be like these guys? Well that, I guess, would take just too much work… lol.
I can’t possibly recommend Aelite enough! If you’re local to their service area, definitely do not hesitate to give them a call. If you receive the same service I did and you’re disappointed in any way… the problem is probably with you! Lol.

This is also our 2nd time using them. The 1st was several years ago to rebuild a cracked chimney cap. The new one was still in fine shape until a wind storm several weeks ago broke a tree off and it fell against the cap and fulcrum-​ed against the edge of the roof line actually swiveling that heavy cement cap & breaking the flue liner. Nick and his crew replaced it with a stainless double-​walled liner and poured a new cap. They also disconnected and reconnected our gas insert. Their business card says «Experience A Whole New Level of Service». This is completely true. They take pride in their work, are great to work with and meticulous in their work and clean-​up.
Don’t hesitate to use them when the need arises.

This is the second time we have used Aelite over the past few years and couldn’t be happier. We have recommended them to to family and friends, who have also had great success with them. Any problem they found was thoroughly explained, and we were given different options on how to handle it. I have never found any other company in the service industry that gets back to you so quickly!

During our first winter in this home we noticed a ton of cold air coming out of the fireplace — so I called Aelite based on Unilocal reviews. They came out and gave my chimney and fireplace a thorough inspection and helped to repair my broken flu. My home is now much warmer, and even better they showed me how to use the fireplace (I’ve never used a gas insert before). Our chimney needs some work (something we knew prior to buying the home) and during their inspection they noticed that too, as well as provided me with a free estimate to repair it so that I could compare it to other quotes I was seeking. The inspection and flu repair was very reasonable and I found them to be super friendly, knowlegable and honest. Would defintely recomend them!

I’ve never felt so happy about writing a check in 35 years of being a homeowner! There simply aren’t enough stars for Nick and Aelite! I have never experienced the level of expertise AND professionalism that I did when Nick relined my chimney. I live in an historically and architecturally significant building and I was scared to death of having this done, but I hired the right person to do it. Nick is a perfectionist and takes as much pride in his work as I do mine. He remembered all of my requests and concerns, and didn’t miss a thing. They even left my home cleaner than it was before they started. I interviewed five top-​rated companies, and I knew during my first conversation with Nick that this was the only company I wanted to take on this tricky project. I was right. I had very high expectations, but Nick, Robert and Anthony all went above and beyond, and it’s clear to me that this is business as usual for Aelite.

Nick is awesome! I got two quotes and he was $ 1000 less than the other well know company. He installed a new liner and some other repairs and then came back 18 months later to help when we pushed the flu out too far. Amazing service. You won’t be sorry.

We called Aelite to install a chimney cover and flashing because squirrels were getting into the chimney and getting trapped by our water heater (very exciting releasing them, let me tell you). The serviceman took before pictures to show us the issues with our chimney, suggested an inexpensive additional repair (our roofer hadn’t replaced the flashing around the chimney when they redid the roof, and it could leak), showed us an after picture, and checked the inside our chimney connections where he pulled out a squirrel we missed, and who had perished as a result. Price was absolutely right, service was terrific, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call Aelite with any future chimney needs.
