I contacted the owner, Jarod to get a bid on replastering my swimming pool. He never showed up for his appointment and never responded back to my attempts to reach him. Did a little research on his company and he doesn’t have a license to contract work anyways so it was probably for the better.

We were referred to Jarrett by our landscaper after some damage had occurred to our pool from some work done in the yard. After numerous calls and messages left Jarrett finally called back and promised a follow up call later with an estimate for a hydrazo re plastering job to begin the following Monday.
The crew was to come by and drop the pump to drain the pool for work to begin the following day. We spent the entire weekend prepping the job site to avoid plaster dust covering all the work we had just completed and not a surprise no sign of the guys, the pump nor even a courtesy phone call. Again several messages left and no response.
I am actually glad it worked out This way as I can only imagine how difficult it would be to work with a company that no shows and can’t even return phone calls.
My advice stay away from California Custom Pools. Plenty of great pool contractors in SD to choose from.

I would highly recommend California Custom Pools. We had 4 proposals to remodel our pool from different companies and decided to go with CCP because they seamed to be the most trustworthy. They did not disappoint me. They installed all new pool equipment, new glass tile and quartz scape pool finish. All work was professional and done in a timely manner. Their tile men are artists and went way beyond my expectations.
