Fast hot food! I always have great service even on there busiest days. Yummy spicy chicken!

I’m going to take this opportunity to address the consistent failures of this fast food joint. Sure, it’s fast food and you get what you pay for, but what I’m about to tell you proves that inconsistency, lack of customer service, and wanton disregard for any measure of effort is prevalent in all customer service driven industries as a whole. More than half the orders I received from this Jack in the Box, and most fast food joints have been consistently wrong. What made this experience so special was the extra something I got in my breakfast. Take a look at the attached photo. Additionally, the manager did apologize but was rather indifferent. Again, serious lack of customer service skills and this is the manager we’re talking about. Furthermore I was given ONE measly syrup for two breakfasts. I guess my wife and I were supposed to share the one packet of syrup for two sets of pancakes. Again, it all boils down to customer service and the application of common sense. Having said all of the aforementioned, I’m simply done with Jack in the Box, period.

I ordered a sausage bisquet, no egg. What I received was a sausage bisquet with no sausage! I took it up to the counter and they said they would make me a new one «right away» I waited 10 minutes (the restaurant was not busy). I went up and asked if they had started my bisquet. They had not! THEY messed up, not me! I should have gotten it RIGHT AWAY! This Jack in the box has gone down hill! I had to leave as I had an appointment so needless to say, I asked for my money back and left with no breakfast…

I am only giving this one star because it is not possible to give it NO stars or minus stars. DO NOT go here. it is the most vile, dirty place I have seen… beyond gross. There were homeless people «showering» in the bathroom… not one or two cleaning up but 4 in there at once and more waiting to go in. the employee told my husband to just go in the womans bathroom because no one was in there. it was filthy. no paper towels… they were all over the floor and black steams of water were coming out from under the door into the resturant. .we ordered a couple breakfast sandwiches. the wait was so long that the guy in front of us actually left… and he had already paid. our sandwiches were cold and dry. we threw them out after one bite .the place was so nasty I can’t imagine how it is back where you can’t see. I complained to the company via email, but this place was so gross I am actually going to drive to their local corporate office tomorrow and complain in person. this place needs to be shut down.

Crappy customer service today. I think the service is better in the mornings. Anyway I ordered the Cheddar Onion Buttery Jack with a chicken patty instead of beef, along with a couple other combo meals. When I paid, somehow I wasn’t rung up for that combo, but everything else was, so they charged, I paid, whatever. When I got home, I opened my sandwich and saw that they failed to remove the paper off the cheese, resulting in a Cheddar Onion PAPER Buttery Jack… I guess they thought I needed more fiber in my diet. I get that people have off-​days and mistakes are made… I get that, but this is just unacceptable. Wound up throwing it away. Do better, Jack!

Terrible! No one in drive through and there was a man outside taking orders and all I ordered was 2 drinks. One was a large ice tea with extra ice and a Dr Pepper. Drove off to take a sip of my tea and it was freaking peach tea??? Really??? Was in a hurry so I couldn’t go back and I tried calling but no answer!

The slowest fucking fast food … Spent my whole damn lunch (30min) waiting in the drive thru line which had only about 4 cars ahead of me before I said the hell with this, and left. Who knows how much longer I would have waited! Horrible experience. Not the first time either!!! Definitely the last though!

First off I understand it’s fast food, I know if you want something you can always make it at home, but here’s my issue. We sat for 15 minutes waiting to get to order in the drive threw. We finally got to the window and the guy said in a nasty tone and attitude «can I help you» we then were trying to order and he said they didn’t have any chicken bowls and we said aww dang it. He then said what? We replied and said oh I just said dang it. He then says WOW all rude. Then proceeds to say hello can I help you. We back out and left. This isn’t the first time with rude attitudes and messed up orders.

Can’t go wrong with a sourdough jack, am i right? With a side of curly fries and sprite! Every JBos I go too never ceases to fail me! Drive through, quick and easy!

I had to come to try the new Buttery Jack didn’t I? So I did, with an order of onion rings and a cup of coffee. I ordered the Bacon and Swiss and for free, added lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles.
The Buttery Bacon and Swiss was pretty. It did not have that right off the griddle flavor, but the melted herb butter was pretty good and the beef patty along with flavor and keeping it moist. The bacon infused creamy mayo was light that I thought it was going to be a tasted good. The bacon with thin but crispy and had good flavor. I wish it were a little thicker though. The gourmet bun was very good with its glistening top and moist center. The tomatoes and lettuce were fresh and crisp and the Swiss cheese only partially melted.
The onions were pretty good, but for some reason, about four of the larger ones were stuck together, which cause them to be unevenly cooked. I think they stuck them in the frier stuck together and so they remained this way. Also, they were not seasoned. The coffee was actually pretty good for being later in the day. Glad to learn they keep the coffee fresh.
Service was good. The initially made my Bacon and Swiss without bacon, the shift manager had them quickly make me a new one.
Don’t be forgetting my bacon.

Food was fresh. Service was pretty good. I read the reviews, but none of it was true for me this one time. Maybe I was lucky, or maybe they’ve gotten better.

Jack in the box said they would contact me… still nothing .
Don’t say you are going to do something and not follow through.

Okay let me start by saying that this particular jack n the box has really gone down hill it recently went under new ownership, the new owner fired everyone that worked there before and hired foreigners nothing against that but went I order something I would like if you understand what I am saying and last time I went there it took 15 min to get a chicken sandwich and there was the only one other person there, and when I finally got to the window the lady at the window ignored for about 7 minutes when she was standing right there the whole time, couldn’t even look at me. my main point is that this place has gone to shit.

Worst Jack in the Box ever. In the past month I have spent right at $ 100 or more through the drive thru and every single time my order has been wrong or they havent given me all the foid I had ordered. I dont realize it until I get home which is 10 miles away. Tonight I had had it and didnt realize they hadnt given me 6 tacos I had ordered until i got to my driveway. I tried calling the number on the receipt and it was a fax number so I had to drive 10 miles back to the resturant so they could give me the rest of my order and by the time i got back home the other food I had ordered was cold, not even warm but cold and the fries as well. Absolutely disgusting so that was $ 15 of food that went to my pot bellied pig. absolutely frustrating and very pissed off especially about the money thats been wasted here. i called the 1800# customer service for the company, lets see if I get a call back. I wonder if this is the quality of service that «Jack» strives for.

Like a few have previously said. it’s a hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is quite good, other times they are down right obnoxious. This place is definitely a «top to bottom» restaurant, and it all stems from the top.

I really do love jack in the box, but not this location.
It’s a hit and miss here on your food order being fresh, hot and correct.
The management won’t do anything about the homeless /​bum population that hangs out at the front entrance and parking lot.
It just makes it an annoying situation to be hit up for money by the homeless every time I decide to do a walk up oder.
Some of them are very aggressive panhandlers and I just don’t want to deal with it so I stopped buying my food items from this location. If the management doesn’t care why should I be loyal customer to this location. This has been going on for years. Take control of your business store manager and district manager… DO YOUR JOB’S! !
THAT’S IT!!!

Everyone I come here the staff is very friendly. I have yet t get a messed up order also. This is one of the better ones in the county.

So I stopped by the local Lakeside Jack In The Box last night. When I got home I noticed that they did not give me the side salad that I had ordered for my wife. OK no problem things happen. So I go back there and walk in and start to tell the guy (who was the manager) what happened. Before I could get the words out of my mouth he cuts me off and says «you didn’t get your side salad right?» and I said yeah and he went over grabbed the salad and threw it in a bag and gave it to me with no apology or anything. I know mistakes happen but when someone has to go all the way back for something you should at least apologize for it.
