This contractor is incredibly shady. Very unethical business man. He took all of my money, left my upstairs bathroom unfinished, left my downstairs bathroom with a giant hole in the ceiling because he wasn’t skilled enough when he removed the bathtub from my upstairs, and ended up puncturing a hole downstairs as a result. He took 1350.00 to complete the upstairs bathroom and demo my downstairs bathroom. Instead, he never returned. He hasn’t returned my phone calls, my text messages and avoids me at all costs.
People, find a reliable contractor and STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM ALEX HINTZ (owner) and Next Generation! Total scam artist. BTW, he lists himself as an interior designer on Unilocal,but on Red Beacon, he lists himself as a contractor (he has 5 stars on Red Beacon, by 4 reviews, but that will all change today).
