The UPS Store

Ran into complications with a package I was sending out of country. The employees at this store was knowledgeable and was able to explain what happened to my package. The employee Casper was especially helpful on contacting me fast and sorting out the issue. Highly recommend.

I came in here because I was going to allies gift shop lakeside but after there last mistake of a legal document not getting fax properly I will never be using them again. So I needed to find a new place.
This place is amazing not only the best Customer service, the young lady working was so nice and knowable, and a fast worker. I needed to fax about thirty pages at a dollar a page that’s a lot of money she then told me she could scan and email the documents to me at $ 0.25 a page and then I could email them where they needed to go how cool is that. Not only did she save me money but now I have a copy saved on my file so it will be there as a back up.
This is my new place for faxing scanning etc I’m not sure what else they do but if I ever need anything this is where I’m coming.

I am a graphic designer, and usually work with big full-​time printers for huge runs, but I needed less than 1,000 of some flyers, and some posters for an event that got dropped on me last minute. I had success at a similar UPS store in Santee before for business cards, and so tried here hoping for the same. I was able to run in with a thumbdrive of files and some mock-​ups from my home printer, and dial in my project with these folks. Totally exceeded my expectations of what a UPS store can offer me, and was may nicer than the folks at the (formerly open 24 hour copy shop that shall remain nameless as they have lost my trust.)
I now have a local place to do my printing, and my clients are happy. Very grateful.

As a small business owner with an office in my home, keeping my mail safe and private is huge! Super convenient and accessible having a mailbox at this UPS location. The staff is always so friendly and Casper is always a great help with anything else I need!

I arrived at the post office just after they closed with about 150 Save-​the-​Dates that needed postage. I then headed over to The UPS Store, where I was promptly greeted by Casper. When I requested to have my envelopes run through the postage scanner, he informed me that it would be less expensive to purchase books of stamps. I agreed, though I was not looking forward to placing them all on the envelopes. Suddenly, as I paid for the stamps, Casper opened one of the books and began placing them on my envelopes! We had a pleasant chat during our postage party and he assured me that my Save-​the-​Dates would still be going out today.
I never imagined I would be happy to get to the post office after they closed, and I’ll definitely be skipping them and heading straight to The UPS Store in Lakeside from now on. Thanks again, Casper!!! You saved me time, money, AND frustration!

I had a 30min lunch break and I stopped at your store to mail a package. I was back to work with 5 mins to spare… I would have never made it to the post office and through their slow lines and slow service in that amount of time. Casper and Madison were quick, efficient, and helpful!

I love this place! I came in last week in a hurry, and Casper helped me get my package ready to ship. His customer service was on point, and I appreciate how fast he worked to get me in and out in a timely manner.

Friendly fast service, and conveniently on the way to Riverview Elementary just a block away. Drop off stuff on the way to pick up minions. Win-​win!

Good location. Nice staff. Quick service. They even have free candies in a bowl when you come in!

For many years Donna and her team have served me well.
Great location located right next to everything.
I love the fact that they are open till 7 PM.
They are very accommodating and understand the pressure and importance of what you are doing.
Another great benefit is that you can receive your mail there, great secure mailbox facility.
And they are always willing to bend over backwards to make your day a little bit better.

Way more affordable then Fed Ex for international shipping. Love how close it is to home, and close to the grocery store. The staff is nice. They keep a file for customers by your phone number, along with precious address you’ve sent your packages to for your convenience. Gotta love that!
