This company only does BIG bulk orders. But they were very kind enough to embroider my child’s Christmas stocking. They only do «one off» items one day a year, and I am very grateful that they opened an additional day just to get this done for me and others during the busy holiday season. The quality of the embroidery was amazing. Thank you Abra-​Cadabra!

They are not very careful with their work and are quick to make excuses. I recently ordered shirts for the team I coach and picked them up today… a day later than promised. 4 shirts were badly damaged, 2 questionably so. I called them immediately as was told «take the credit, or nothing.» I asked if the shirts could be redone and was told a minimum order is 12. So, no. I feel bad for the kids who have to wear these shirts for a year until the next reorder… which won’t be here.
UPDATE: I’m giving them a star back as a few hours later the owner credited the majority of the order as an apology. I think that was more than fair, but they really should check for quality control better.
