History

Established in 2010.

Working in the nursing field, especially in long term care, for more than ten years, I listened to all the amazing dreams and aspirations that were headed to the grave. I vowed to make a life changing decision to do something about it, any and every effort to bring more dreams to fruition.

I enrolled myself with one of the greatest leaders of our time, Dr John Maxwell and became a certified leadership coach, speaker, and trainer. I found my passion! and everyday, I’m happy and fulfilled at partnering with my clients in foreseeing, paving the way, and coming alongside with them, to realize their purpose for being.

Lucie is a cheerful, funny, and energetic life coach and speaker, who will stick with you even when you don’t feel like sticking with yourself. When working one on one with you, it is her number one objective to help you reach your goals by working through your obstacles and fears. Her coaching involves the ability to understand you, to live where you live, think how you think, and understand your perspective. She can see what you are going through, and thus pave the way by coming alongside you to achieve your desired goals.

As a young maasai girl growing up in a small village in Kenya, Lucie became increasingly interested in leadership. She read every John Maxwell book she could find, and thus sharpened her education, and personal leadership skills. She is a proud mother of two teenagers, a loyal friend to many, and a devoted sister and auntie to her nephews and nieces.
