He’s a nice doctor but never introduced himself and name. His staff that works in back are rude and snarky. We waited 1.5 hours after my husband’s appt to actually be seen which was not cool either. So I would not recommend it.

I came to Dr. Alford for a second opinion after having bone grafting surgery by another provider in Austin. Upon inspection, he created a plan for implants that cut the timing in half and ultimately cost less than the other doctor. Also, Dr. Alford imparted so much more information and knowledge about the implant procedure that I knew immediately he was the right person to finish what had been already started. With the quality of education and training Dr. Alford has, I feel his services are an extraordinary value. I had two implants placed with IV sedation. The procedure was successful and the recovery was fast with optimal results. I only wish I had gone to him in the first place!

I was referred to Dr. Alford’s office for what could have been a serious issue. Luckily it wasn’t serious but the staff was so nice and took amazing care of me from the time I stepped into the office til the time I left.
Dr. Alford made me feel comfortable and has a soothing demeanor. Explained my options and let me be apart of the decision process for the best treatment in my current situation. I would recommend him to anyone who wanted amazing care.

Our daughter recently had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Alford. He and his staff made the process as enjoyable as possible for her (and she’s EXTREMELY afraid of needles). Dr. Alford is very knowledgeable and made sure our daughter felt comfortable before, during and after her procedure. His staff is very friendly, no hassle with additional paperwork and insurance was a breeze. I will be taking my son back to Dr. Alford when he needs his wisdom teeth removed in a few years as well. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this office and Dr. Alford personally! Great overall experience!

I am 37 and needed to get 4 wisdom teeth taken out, my dentist recommended Dr. Alford. Having to get them removed later in life I was a little apprehensive about the procedure and recovery. From the initial consultation to the day of the surgery Dr. Alford put my mind at ease.
I had the IV sedation which was a piece of cake. The procedure and recovery went perfectly. In fact, I didn’t experience any pain during or after the procedure, I was quite surprised that it was so easy to be honest.
I highly recommend Dr. Alford as he is very professional, kind and a great surgeon!

A lot of dentists fail to inspire confidence. But Jeff Alford made me feel at ease with his knowledge, conservative approach and careful explanations. This is born through by his completely modern high-​tech office and his competent and personable office staff. Also, he is a really nice guy. I recommend him highly.
