What do you expect from this boring, bland shopping center nail salon? Well, when I’m paying them my hard earned dough, I expect NOT to be burned with a F*CKING drill. I expect NOT to be TOLD I should leave a tip BEFORE the service. I expect NOT to sit in a back hallway where the restrooms are to have my eyebrows waxed, with everyone from the salon staring at me. What a disgusting dump! The woman who owns this place is a rude sack of b*ttholes! If you want an infection, keep going here. You are seriously stupid if you do.

Used a Groupon. Was extremely happy with my service.

I decided to get pink and white shellac nails for a wedding I was a part of. A lady cut and filed and massaged my hands. Then another lady replaced her. I assumed the First Lady did not have experience with shellac and brushed it off. Then a gentleman took over after this second lady was finished painting; Telling me to keep one hand in a solar machine, with a strange offensive attitude. When he was done finishing my nails I asked him to tidy underneath my nails. I hate the leftovers they usually leave under there. He rubbed my fingers with and alcohol soaked cotton ball. What? So I attempted to catch the first and second lady’s attention with no luck. I noticed that one of the white lines was very crooked and had missing spots. The second lady told me to hold on. At this point I needed to leave to get my kid from school. So I paid– no tip. Three days later and my shellac manicure that’s supposed to last a minimum of 2 weeks guaranteed is already chipping away.
Don’t bother with this place. Serin day spa is just across 620 behind Starbucks and they offer fantastic work at the same prices.

Took me right away but rushed so fast l left with two cut cuticles. Plus my nails looked like the Alps instead of having nicely rounded edges.

I happened on Quality Nails because the Spa where I have been several times was booked. I was very pleased with the ease of getting an appointment. I was also very pleased with the manicure and pedicure. I will return when I’m in the Lakeway area.

I’ve been coming to this salon for more than 4 months now and have always had a great experience. The owners are friendly and respectful. My nails have always been beautiful and done on time. I usually make an appointment and have never had to wait. I too don’t mind only being offered water as I am there to get my nails done as another reviewer pointed out. I have witnessed rude customers in my time there and suspect that negative reviews come from these types of customers. I love this salon and will keep referring people here!

I have been going to Quality Nails for several years now and in fact I have moved to the Georgetown area and still drive to Lakeway to have Nancy do my nails. I started going to this salon after being referred by a co-​worker that had beautiful nails. I am always asked who does my nails because they are always pretty. It doesn’t bother me that I only get offered water at this shop, since after all, I’m there to get my nails done, not have a beverage! And I’m appalled by the racist remarks of the reviewer from California. Sounds like maybe her life just sucks in general so she’s mad at the world! Also Ms. California, maybe if you were a better money manager, your credit card wouldnt have been declined. just sayin! I LOVE Quality Nails & Spa and will continue to drive 45 minutes to have my nails done by the best!

I just left disappointed and mad at myself for not speaking up about the pedi. They did not remove the old nail polish, they did not scrub my feet, and they did not file my nails. I left with yellow toned nails (I wanted a clear buff) with dry scaly skin around the toes and dry feet and scaly heals. While you sit in your pedi chair, another woman does your mani. Although it is uncomfortable being twisted to one side, she did a good job. It was the pedi that was awful. And then they say $ 40 and do you want to add tip. I should have spoke up but instead I went home upset. I want to mention that I have had a couple of good experiences there before with two other techs. But besides those two ladies, I will stay away from the rest. So it’s very inconsistent. I’m hoping that next time, I will ask for the women who do a good job and speak up if I’m not satisfied. Also, no one speaks English well.

I’ve had manicures and pedicures here several times. They have been able to see me immediately as a walk in each time and work efficiently, which is good if you don’t have all day. I would say this is an average nail salon where you will likely be satisfied with the job. One time the girl got a little over-​zealous with the callus scrubber and left a little scrape on my toe, hence a three star review. The employees are all friendly and accommodating to children.

I had the most unpleasant experience possible at this salon. The ‘manager’ and his ‘spouse’ are the rudest, meanest, most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. They speak so little English that it is annoying. Their work is questionable. Their attitude is very negative and unwelcoming. They offer water and that’s it. No tea, no coffee, no hot chocolate. NOTHING! Never ever will I return to this establishment and you should not take the chance in my opinion. If you dare not to leave an adequate tip … beware!!! The first time I went into this salon … I wondered. The second occasion was even worst. There has to be a better facility for having one’s nails done in the Lakeway community. I am unaccustomed to such rude and disrespectful behavior.

My daughters and I were on a girls weekend and didn’t know the area around the Lakeway resort. The spa at the resort was too expensive so we «Googled» the area and found this salon. We were very pleased with the service. The owners runs a tight ship! My daughters loved their pedicures, mine was OK. We took turns having facials since there is only 1 room. We had requested over the phone to have the 45 minute facial for $ 45.00. I had the first facial and thought it ran more that 45 minutes BUT it was wonderful. Also did arms and chest area. Very relaxing and my skin felt great. When we went to pay they charged us for the 1 hour facial of $ 65.00 but took off $ 10.00 since we had a coupon. We were not happy about this — we should have confirmed our selection of services when we got there but were suspicious they upgraded us for more money.

Top notch service for nails, facials and more I have been a customer since they opened management is wonderful and so is quality. I am always pleased with the results.

I came here for a manicure at ten as my husband and I were renewing our vows at six that evening. The owner here is friendly, and they give a nice little neck massage add-​on to the hand massage. However, I would not come here again because of the poor quality of the nail polish/​topcoats they are using. A lady opposite to me at the drying station complained that the last pedicure she had received here was ruined by shoes she wore — the next day! I should have considered myself warned. They are obviously thinning their polish with nail polish remover, because mine NEVER hardened. I went to my vow renewal with imprints in it, got more imprints from my bedding that night, and peeled off a chunk of gooey polish when handling my baggage — THE NEXT EVENING! I removed it the following day because it looked terrible and felt gummy and gross. I was very disappointed to have had ugly nails on my special night. Not cool!

I got there and was told right away to pick my color and then the water was started for my pedi. 20 mins later i was still in the water waiting for someone to start. No one told me that there was 4 ladies in front of me that i couldnt see at the end of the salon! It was a 15 min pedi and i was done. Highly unsatisfied since this was my time away from the hubbster and child to relax!

I made an appointment for a mani/​pedi on a weekday at 11am. When I arrived, they were ready for me and began working on both my hands and feet at the same time, which was nice because I arrived in flip flops and with the chill on the air, my feet were cold.
The services were very good. The atmosphere pleasant and the facility was very clean. I was among 3 – 4 other patrons when I arrived. When my mani and pedi were completed they had a full house, tending to me until my services were complete.
I requested french polish on both my hands and feet, and I am picky when it comes to the width of the white. They thinned the lines and checked each time they made corrected to ensure it was to my liking. Not many places do that or care.
At the end of my service, I paid and was pleasantly surprised to receive a Christmas card with a discount card and a little bag of treats.
Overall, they care about customer satisfaction, the cleanliness of their salon and offering a wide variety of services. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because they could have offered refreshments.
I will be returning.

I’ve been going to Quality Nails for over two years and I love them! They’re like family! They always recognize and greet me when I come in and ask how I’ve been doing. Every service I’ve ever had done there was top notch. The staff is very friendly and professional and they make sure you’re happy before you leave. Their location is really convenient and is always clean and tidy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the best nail salon in town!

I have been going to this Nail Salon for a year and they have done a great job everytime. I always get a Mani and pedi and eye braws waxed and I have never had a problem. Everyone is so nice there and they always remember you.

I have to do this review for two reason. First, whoever wrote the «one star» review must be smoking crack or have a vendetta/​competitive interest in this nail salon. Second, I really like this place AND the folks running it, I’m not passionate about my nails but I have been getting acrylic nails for about 18 years. I like when they all look the same for 4 weeks, then I do it all over again. I moved here from California (I know, BOOO!) and I went to 3 area nail salons before sticking with one. It’s Quality Nails & Spa. Nancy does a GREAT job on my nails and did so from the first appointment. During that first appointment I did say, I like this shape, I want this much curve in my nail, I like the white of my french manicure (and pedicure) to be «wide» versus thin. I mean, I told her what I want as we went along. Nancy listened. I even thought to myself, I must sound like a bitch but hey, I know what I want and I don’t want to repeat myself every time I go back. Worked out fine. I get the new shellac on my toes, love it, stays for 4 – 5 weeks and only re-​do then cuz my nails have grown. Long story short, this group of professionals do a fine job. If you don’t like what you get, it’s right there on the board, YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK. So, if k.k. is so upset she should have said something or got a refund. I suggest you give this shop a chance before you decide to go somewhere else. They really do great work and every time I’ve been no one has asked for their money back.

This place is an awful salon with a good location. The staff is extremely rude and unskilled. The first time I went, the lady doing my manicure was looking at the TV instead of my nails and cut my nails crooked. The second time I went the lazy manicurist didn’t even bother cutting my uneven nails; she just lightly filed them. I now have 10 nails with 10 different lengths and shapes. They don’t even rub the cuticle lotion in, don’t apply proper coats, and speak so little English that I wonder how they even got licensed. The staff never smiles or says thank you; they’re extremely rude and not thorough at all in their work. Worst manicure I’ve ever had. I wish they’d disappear so a better salon could take that convenient spot right next to Starbucks.
