Auntie Anne’s

Pretzels pretzels pretzels. Sweet almond pretzel in particular is very good. Soft fresh and topped with toasted almond crush, I usually get the caramel dip along with the pretzels which makes it even tastier. Best part about this place is that you can get free samples of pretzels or hotdog minis.

First let me make sure you understand that this review is solely on account of the terrible food, not the service. The girl who helped me was perfectly polite and did her job very efficiently. However, sometimes impeccable service cannot negate the poor quality of the food itself.
This place is good in theory, the theory being that the products will not sit for hours and get hard and old before being purchased. I purchased Auntie Anne’s today for the first time since I was in high school (seven years now… jeez) and was hoping for some sort of improvement; ANY sort of improvement. I ordered a «cup» of the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites, and was disappointed before I even picked them up. I could tell just by looking at them how awful they were going to be, and they really were. Not only were they sparsely covered with the cinnamon and sugar mixture, they were cold and very hard. They tasted as though they had been there all day. They probably had been. Needless to say I did not finish them. I had a few and then the rest of them went into the garbage.
Unfortunately I will not be returning.

Was here during the opening and have been here since then. Love Auntie Annes and the pretzels here are delish. Service is great too! I’ll definitely come back!

Normally I do enjoy a pretzel from Auntie Anne’s whenever I’m at the mall. I usually get a salted pretzel but in this case I had a freebie since I signed up for their app. Might as well get the most expensive pretzel right? Sure enough I ordered a pepperoni pretzel and while it was indeed freshly made what surprised me was the lack of cheese on the pretzel. Since I got it for free I didn’t take it back and just ate it but I’m glad I didn’t pay nearly 4 bucks for it.
I’m just gonna stick to the other pretzels from now on.

Hands down fresh and service is amazing. Not doughy like other pretzels perfect crisp and filling.

This place is awesome! I love Auntie Anne’s pretzels… it’s always tastes so fresh and it melts in my mouth. My 3 year old can’t leave the mall without having a pretzel… and no other place can compare to the yummy pretzel Auntie Anne makes. To top it off, their service is always friendly and they are super nice. What more can you ask for? Love this place.

I love pretzels and I’m so glad a new Auntie Anne’s has opened at this location. The new store is clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. The store also has many different flavor of pretzels and the pretzels are always fresh and hot! My favorite ones are the little cinnamon bites and the little pretzel wrapped hot dogs. Also the lemonade is a must get. If you like pretzels come to this new location and get your pretzel addiction fulfilled!

Came here over the weekend for their grand opening event! They were handing out fresh baked pretzels to celebrate their opening!
Located inside the Lakewood Center Mall near Round 1 Bowling and Forever 21. This is the perfect afternoon snack after a long day of shopping!
I love Auntie Anne’s as you can see them actually roll the dough and bake the pretzels fresh in front of you! My favorites are the raisin, sweet almond, and the mini dogs. The pretzels have the perfect crispiness on the outside yet still light and fluffy on the inside. And don’t forget to get a cup of lemonade to go with the pretzel! I prefer the classic original, but they also other flavors and also frozen varieties as well.
Service was great. The people working were friendly and they moved pretty quickly. Auntie Anne’s even has an app now to get reward points and free pretzels!
Parking: Huge mall parking.
