Awesome atmosphere and they have something going on EVERY evening of the week. There’s trivia, live music, and great deals. I recommend their ‘Sampler’ appetizer plate. Definitely a cool place to go for a chill weeknight out or a weekend night too!

Truly horrible service. Stopped for dinner with a friend and we were happy that it wasn’t busy. Unfortunately the waitresses felt it was more important to stand at their station and gossip(we could hear them talk about everything, including customers). Even when we tried to wave a waitress down(we weren’t picky, and would take any we could get) they refused to break from their gossip fest. When we finally received our food my London Platter was cold. Cold fried fish is never a good thing. Will not be returning as long as there is no hustle in their bustle.

The food here is pretty good for bar food, but you won’t find much under $ 10 – 12 here as far as entrees go. Waitstaff is completely hit or miss; either you get someone who’s on their game that night or someone who has an attitude. Service time seems ok for the most part. The greeter is pretty cool and has been in the past — but they have a horrible horrible sound system for trivia, filled with static and feedback and distortion. Seriously, why bother? Not fond of their 3-questions-at-a-time trivia rounds, either. [They do make some pretty killa mac-n-cheese bites though.] Mules are pretty good here; sweet heat bloody mary… needs more heat(which they will supply you with upon request). Noisy — don’t expect to get a conversation going here really easily over the blaring music. 3 stars by the skin of its teeth.

(Excuse this rant) BRINGBACKTHESCOTCHEGGS!!! Okay, now that’s over; Baker St. Pub is a great pub to go to. their taplist is avg. Burger Mondays are always a hit and the staff is definitely friendly but can sometimes be slow and inefficient. I have not been disappointed with the food other than their best items disappearing off the menu. Not sure if it’s a lack of sales because people are unsure but they removed their Scottish egg and their zucchini fries but they should promote instead of remove.(yes this is my biggest gripe) Their fish and chips I would put along with the top 5 in the metro area.

This was the PERFECT spot to eat at righ before watching the new Sherlock Holmes movie! This is the a great place if your looking to eat and catch up with someone. I ate at the bar and the bartender was polite and was attentive. There wasn’t much interaction(like any conversation other than ordering food and drink). PRICE: I spent a good $ 54 on 2 beers, 2 signature drinks, the bulldog burger, and chicken strips.(This is including a 20% tip)

The food is really great here. However, be prepared to wait. For everything. It takes about ten minutes for your server just to greet you. Another five to ten for your beverages. Getting your food from the time your order it is about right but expect longer if it’s busy. And if you’re in a hurry to catch a movie or something nearby, give them the payment right when they bring the check or it will take another ten to fifteen to get out. Friendly service, just takes a long time for anything to happen.

We stopped for cocktails after a movie and ended up ordering dinner as well. I had a mediocre chicken salad. But the place was charming and our waitress was great.

My friend and I came on a weekday, around 3pm so it wasn’t busy at all, practically empty. Walked right in with a sign that said open seating for the tables since we didn’t care for sitting at the bar. We’re patient people considering we both work as restaurant servers. But we sat for a good 10 minutes before someone came to our booth, which was weird because the booth right next to us was served immediately and they came right before we did. The guy serving that table just kinda glanced over at us but didn’t acknowledge that we were obviously waiting. This didn’t make any sense, considering how empty it was. When the waitress finally came, she didn’t seem to care about how long we waited(is this normal here though?) but took our orders and checked back once in a while to make sure we were good. Honestly, the food and service wasn’t worth the price.

Really fun staff! Always smiling and give great service even at the busiest of times. There is a great happy hour from 2 – 9 during the week! Tons of beer on tap, just ask your server or bartender and I’m sure they’ll be happy to help you decide what you would like according to your taste. They also have 99 cent mimosas on Saturdays and Sunday’s along with a Bloody Mary Bar! Can’t beat it! A really good local bar… And their fish and chips are great too.

The food is pretty good. It’s difficult to get the waitresses to stop at the table, but they are friendly and helpful. I enjoy Trivia every Tuesday night. It’s a good time. Update: After several weeks of coming here and trying to be generous and patient tonight was the last straw. I get being busy, believe me I do, but to turn around and blame me for their issues? The waitress, one of the two who perpetually ignores, comes to the table and asks me if I want anything. I tell her I don’t know and to give me a minute. After about 5 minutes I had decided what I wanted and she didn’t come back. Finally, 5 minutes before the end of happy hour I’m frantically flagging down anyone to get my drink order in prior to the end of happy hour and the other waitress, who also perpetually ignores, comes to my table and starts scolding me, «We are the only two here. Do you see all the people here.(Insert a name here) asked you what you wanted and you told her you didn’t want anything.» To top it all off, the place is consistently dirty, falling apart, and the food is subpar a majority of the time. I won’t be coming back.

Love their Fish and Chips. Great food all around. Love their beer selection. The wait stuff were very friendly and attentative, well our’s definitely was. Unfortunately, I will NEVER go back. The bartenders(yes, plural) thought it was ok to wear Halloween costumes in black face. When I called the manager to have a very civil conversation about this, he told me he knew and then hung up on me. This is Not okay. This is not fun nor silly. Not okay for a business to allow this downright racist action, even if the choice was unintentional. Not cool at all.

This was our second stop on our trip and it was a great choice for a causal atmosphere and good pub food. The waitress was prompt and got us started with some cocktails on a happy hour price. It was $ 3 rail cocktails and $ 5 for a jack and Coke. Pretty decent pricing. We ordered pickle fries to start and I was very hesitant because the last time I ordered pickle fries in a restaurant they came out as full breaded spears and just were awful! These were smaller almost like green beans and tasted great. They come with ranch to dip. I then ordered the bacon cheddar burger and added an egg on top. My disappointment came in when I received my burger and the egg was fried through and no yoke to break. I did however order my bacon extra crispy which it came out perfect for me. I upgraded to a side of sweet potato fries and those were delish! Overall it was good not great but what you would expect from pub food!

Awesome place!!! Great food and service! Our servers name was Jessica and she did a fantastic job. The manager came by and checked on us to make sure we were doing alright, which was nice. I recommend this place for sure!

I always love Baker Street. They have great food and a casual atmosphere. Their balcony area can’t be beat in the summer time. There are plenty of tables and lots of shady spots and umbrellas. Occasionally when they are busy your service might be a bit rough — it seems that some of the new hires are just not as awesome as the old original crew — but not bad enough to really complain. If you go on a Friday or Saturday — be advised — they get crazy busy!

This is a nice spot if you like the mall setting, it’s not my first choice of environments but, each to his own. Nice big roomy clean place, patio seating out front, great drinks, friendly bar staff. How the service is at tables, no clue but the young lady that served me at the bar was terrific. My friend had a burger and it looked delicious, I guess it’s a big fave there. I had fish and chips and it was very good, not greasy. TV’s with sports — a good hangout. Cold draft beer, reasonable pricing — I’d definitely go again. I had a top shelf marguerita, also very darn good. They have signs that say free wi-fi, you need a password it seemed, I didn’t bother to ask. There’s a lot of other bar/restaurants in that mall but this is a good place if you’re a mall rat.

The fish and chips were excellent. The atmosphere was pretty good; however, the 3 of us each ordered an alcoholic drink and were very disappointed. I ordered a margarita and I could not tell there was any alcohol in it at all. Someone else in I our party ordered a Long Island Iced Tea and it tasted nothing like what it should have. More like a slightly spiked lemonade. We will eat there again but we will go elsewhere for drinks.

I met my client here last week for lunch and sat outside on a crisp February day. The waitress was pleasant and attentive. I ordered a Southern Crispy chicken salad and it was great. No complaints here. The Waitress did forget my Honey Mustard dressing, and subsequently apologized and brought it out. This was my first time at Baker Street in the past year, as I had bad service there in the past, but it looks like they have improved. I’ll be back–
