I love it, I ve been coming here since 2010. I love the way they remark in their history what you like and don’t like, sensitive spots etc. I have had a fill, and two crowns that they made in office, which cut the costs by a few hundred each tooth. I have whatever insurance you get through the military. So they always tell me what my costs out of pocket. The do great work. Some extras, they have tv and headphones you can watch, massaging chairs and blankets for your comfort.

Clean, professional, and inviting place. Extremely friendly and informative staff. I highly recommend.

I’ve been seen at DR. Kerrs office for about a year now. The staff is very friendly and sincere. I’ve had routine cleanings and check ups as well as a few fillings done at his office. No problems what so ever. I see people complaining about price. You don’t get quality dental work for bargain prices. I believe your dental hygiene is something to pay top dollar for!

Excellent care, wonderful Doctors who really care. My parents and I used to go here and after each procedure, Dr. Kerr calls to ask how we are doing…
Unfortunate I cannot say the same about the front of house. Overcharged my parents, who pay cash. Accused me of running out on my bill, even though after each procedure I ask if I owe anything. Only to find out (after a conference call my insurance advocate had with the office manager), they had placed me in the wrong insurance billing, they missed their estimate by 300.00 and it was always off by 30 – 50 for years,
The front of house was accusatory, unprofessional and threatening.
I was unable to contact the office manager without the help of my insurace advodcate.
Review all estimates and make sure they are not guesstamites
The doctors and hygienist are very good.

I have been going to Dr. Kerr for over 14 years. He does a very professional job. His method is to do the job right. He continuously updates his technology when it is ready for prime time use. NOTE: He is not a discount dentist, so do not expect discount prices. Doing it right does not always mean doing it the cheapest. I go to Dr. Kerr for the quality of his work.

OK – so, the cleanings seem to be fine. Dr. Kerr replaced the messed up crown. And they have a fancy machine that makes the crown right there while you wait. Great — know who pays for it? … YOU! Anyway, as promised, I paid for it in full right after.
… NOW I’VE BEEN RECEIVING MORE BILLS from them on the crown which I have paid for.
… what a headache! I cannot recommend anybody go here that needs any real dental work done. ever.
