We had an «interesting» experience to say the least. Everyone was nice but they didn’t really seem to talk to each other. The women who covered for the other woman who was supposed to do our sale closing didn’t know about our back-​to-​back closings at the same location (and therefore didn’t know how we needed our funds transferred), so there was a miscommunication there. We got done with the first closing way ahead of schedule, but still had to wait in the small lobby for our second closing since the woman doing the second closing wasn’t there yet (who incidentally, wasn’t the woman who was originally supposed to be doing the second closing. Another last-​minute switcheroo). And then, right when she arrived and said, «Okay, let’s get started!» the fire alarm went off! Totally not their fault, but not exacatly pleasant considering it was really hot and sunny outside. We were just SO GLAD to be finished with all of the paperwork after that!

Easy close for my boss’ home purchase. And the cookies were delicious!
